My vist with Dr.Andrew was very nice and polite they understood everything I was scared of and made me feel very cared for and comfortable when I was in there care! They also informed me that I didn't need the procedure that other dentist wanted to charge me $12,000 for! Thank you guys your great.

Professional and knowledgeable. The procedure was quick, and the office runs like a well-oiled machine! I appreciated how the technician explained how the appointment would go before the dentist came in, as this was our first appointment.

Friendly staff, my appointments always start promptly, cleaning is thorough and very comfortable. My hygienist asks good questions to evaluate any potential issues I may not think of. Dr. Kusek uses the most up-to-date methods and technology. I receive excellent care and instruction to maintain optimal oral health. I feel confident in requesting additional services if I feel the need. I have never had any issues with insurance or billing. Great care for me for over 20 years!

Great place and caring people. For my implant, charged me 3000$ which is half of what Aspen Dental asked. Dr. Kusek does all the procedures in house. Will recommend to anyone.

The staff was so friendly. The receptionist gave my little one a coloring book and it helped her to have fun and stay calms My daughter is only a toddler and was so nervous! Dave did such a great job helping her to have a “fun” experience at the dentist. Dr. Andy was so friendly and reassuring. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Between moving around a lot for grad school and work, and then the pandemic hitting, I had not been to the dentist in at least 3 years. Based on previous experiences with dentists, I was worried they might be "judgy" especially regarding my lack of dental care, but it was exactly the opposite. Everyone there was so kind and it's like entering a family friend's house when you walk in. My dental hygienist was Patty and I cannot say enough good things about her! She did an extremely thorough job and even had me come back in for a second cleaning to finish removing buildup. She reassured me that my teeth look great and I take great home care of my teeth and that the buildup was likely due to not having had a deep cleaning at a dentist in years. Dr. Schuiteman was very welcoming and kind, and he and Patty spoke with me about wisdom teeth removal and understood I was nervous about it but they helped put my mind at ease and I was able to get an appointment for next month. The front desk staff is amazing as well. I am living in Sioux Falls for a temporary job, so I likely won't be here forever and I am already bummed about not being able to have this place as my dentist forever. HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I have already told coworkers, friends, etc about this place :)

Office staff is wonderful to work with to get appointments set up and payments taken care of. One of the best, least stressful, cleanings and exams I've ever had! Everyone is friendly, explains what is going on and what they are doing thoroughly. Office is inviting and relaxing. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office!

Friendly staff, that is great at handling all your dental needs. Dr. Kusek is a fantastic dentist!

Dr. Kusek did not say hi, introduce himself or even speak to our son, the patient. Very unfriendly. His hygienist was wonderful but he was cold and impersonal. Also, his estimate was almost double of other places for implants.

Very unimpressed with how they handled their billing process after insurance mistakenly kicked back a bill as uncovered.

Dr Kusek did my 15 month old son's lip and tongue tie procedure. They were so friendly and made sure that we were all comfortable before going ahead with the procedure! Very friendly staff at the front desk, the nurses and Dr Kusek himself! Also very impressed with forms of communication. Whether it be by phone, email or text, you are aware of everything going on. I had a question for the nurse and got a call back pretty quickly. Very happy with our care!

They were all polite, friendly and overall very to work with. Were upfront about everything that needed to be done, costs, what needed to be handled first. They had gotten us in next day for an emergency consultation for both me and my spouse.

10+ years I have been going to Kusek Family and Implant Dentistry. I have had an implant tooth completed here. Which looks amazing. For my wedding, I had a veneer put on a front tooth. Yearly I go to visit Dr. Kusek for my teeth cleanings, x-ray, and fillings. He wants to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kusek is skilled and uses the newest technology and tools. He and his staff are amazing!! They visit with you about your life, in a kind and caring way.
