Upon calling to speak about billing the lady was beyond rude. Hung up on me as if she had better things to do when I was asking her a simple question. Needless to say their staff is rather incompetent to proper customer service.

Dr Katie was suggested to me from a close friend of mine who is also in the dental profession. She did not know Dr Katie but said she had heard great things about her, and she was right . Dr Katie and her staff have been nothing short of amazing, caring, understanding, and best of all, they make you feel comfortable, especially Paige who is a dental assistant there. Dr Katie also saw me on extremely short notice when I had severe pain in a back tooth and got me in on her lunch hour, and assured me that if anything came up in the future, even on a weekend to call her. If you are looking for a new dentist, Dr Katie is everything.
