We've been going to Dr Garrett's office for years. His staff members are very helpful and take time to make our children feel comfortable. They are thorough and professional. The few cavities we have had were handled quickly - they're usually really good at numbing shots, which is a plus for a dentist in my book. I don't know customer retention, but judging by the fact that they're usually busy, I would say other customers have similar good experiences. My recommendation: book ahead for routine cleanings and you won't be disappointed. That being said, they try to accommodate for true emergencies. I highly recommend this office & staff as your family dentist!
