I was very positively impressed on my first visit to HFD. As she checked my mouth, and cleaned my teeth, the hygienist was not only friendly and personable, but also very gentle and thorough.. Dr Bradshaw was likewise, friendly, personable, and very professional. Further, he was very sensitive to the fact that I drove 70+ miles for this visit, explaining he knows a dentist closer to my home who he recommends. He said he’d love to have my business but he understands distance driving to see a dentist can be a hardship for some. After 26 years with the same DDS in WI, I was delighted to find a DDS in TN that I felt I can fully trust. HFD will definitely retain my business.

This was my first time here, was recommended by my wife who had been there and also my daughter. Everyone was so nice and courteous. The exam was very thorough, and the doctor made recommendations, yet without pressure like some dental offices. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I don't traditionally post reviews (I need to be better about shouting out people who do great work); however, I want to highly recommend Dr.Bradshaw and his team to anyone in the Knoxville area looking for a great dentist. I called ahead of my first appointment to share that I had some dental anxiety and make sure we'd be a good patient/doctor fit for one another. I was assured on the phone that they'd be extra considerate of my concerns and give me the grace I needed to have my dental work done at my own pace. This practice is top notch from the moment you walk into the office and throughout the entire process. The receptionists: warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes before being seen. Alyssa, my hygienist, so kind, very knowledgeable and sincerely caring. Not only did she stop repeatedly to ask if I needed a break or any support, however she took vested interest in learning things about me and my family-side note: in my follow-up appointment weeks later, she remembered each of those details. She is top tier. Dr. Bradshaw made sure to show all of the photos and x-rays to me and talk in great detail about what he saw and his recommended process for dental care. I never felt like anyones agenda (other than my own) was being cared for. I never felt rushed out of the office for the next appointment. I never felt anxious. And, as much as I still don't think the dentist is my favorite place to spend my free time, I'm extremely thankful I've found a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients. I've rambled long enough, but just wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve all of the business they can get. Well done, Heritage team!

Make sure when you go that you find out if they are in your network. They did not tell me they were out of network so now I am paying more money than what was necessary. They did a great job on the work and explained everything they were doing but did not inform me of being out of network.

Let me start out with I have only been to Heritage a hand full of times and in saying that the receptionist has always had a smile on her face and surprisingly remembered my name as I walked in the door. The business as a whole is meticulously clean in my opinion, this is also in comparison to my wife who can be extremely detailed oriented and I believe they could easily give her a run for her money and day of the week. If you wanted a review for a specific dental hygienist, Kaitlyn is the absolute best! She asks questions to ensure all things are right in the world in a caring matter. Nothing like a typical dentist/doctors questions where it seems like they ask cause they have to but there is genuine residence in her voice when she asks. She keeps you informed of each step as she goes through the cleaning process and always asks/reminds me if anything feels uncomfortable to let her know. It speaks a lot when my wife who is beyond particular comes home and talks highly of Kaitlyn as well! Overall extremely impressed with the service, you are apart of their dental family, not just another patient/payable hour.
