While at first appearance the office staff is cordial, HOWEVER, they do NOT know how to file insurance and it took them 6 months to get it filed correctly, and then benefits were used up. Took them until 3 weeks later to advise me of this. Gave me 24 hours to pay or be put in collections. It was their ignorance in filing that cost soooo much time, not mine! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

I’m new to the Tennessee area and was looking for a new dentist that cared for his patients and took the time that was needed to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Abrams is amazing. He does all of the above and more. He’s very gentle and caring and explains everything to you and he’s a perfectionist. I would like to give a shout out to his staff as well. They are all very helpful and nice. Dr. Abrams assistant was excellent too.

I just had my 1st visit at Downtown Franklin Family Dentistry. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As someone with dental anxiety everyone make my visit so easy. Kim at the front desk explained everything and was so welcoming. Taylor my hygienist & Dr Abrams were both so warm and welcoming and explained everything they were doing. I would recommend Downtown Franklin Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. Just had a 2nd visit to get a cavity filled. I have dental anxiety & always need nitrous when having dental work done. Dr Abrams talked me through what we was going to do and then explained everything as he was doing it. Because of Dr Abrams & Allison I did not need the nitrous and felt calm while being worked on. Dr Abrams even called me later in the day to check on me. 10/10 for Dr. Abrams & staff.
