I have real bad anxiety when seeing dentists. Roughly about 8 to 10 years ago my husband recommended his dentist. I am really happy I chose to visit Dr. Mehdi. He has worked with me to overcome my fears. His staff is super friendly and always a joy to see. I hope he doesnt retire soon. I might be up a creek.......LOVE YOU GUYS AT SMILE CENTER!!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Medhi and his incredible staff at The Smile Center. My family and I have been his clients for years and now several of our friends and their families have chosen his dentistry too. We all love him, Kathy and Michelle!! They are amazing with my children - so loving, patient and always a phone call away when I have any concerns. All of my children started seeing him as toddlers and look forward to each and every appointment. Dr. Medhi has put beautiful crowns on my oldest son and put all anxieties about dental issues for me at ease. Seriously, THE BEST!!!! If you need a dentist - you’re in luck!! We drive from Hernando, MS to Germantown, TN - a 45 minute drive and always will for this AMAZING staff.

Really really bad and they are crooks that misrepresent the services and then charge through the nose and did not even perform the service that I had come for, in the first place!!! (Details: I later got the cleaning done at another dentist without ANY issues, no blood while regular tooth cleaning was done by an EXPERT technician. X-rays were taken and NO CHARGES WERE ASKED!!!) Highly RECOMMENDED Dr. William Jasper's clinic on Winchester!) Even Walmart refunds an unhappy customer BUT you not only NOT refund BUT charge an unhappy customer! That's your standard!

If you are a person afraid of dental work read this review. The thought of dental work makes me cringe. This office was great ! No one was fake, as in personality... FROM FRONT DESK TO DENTAL CHAIR ! I work in restaurant service industry. I see and talk to all kinds of people. The staff here are happy to listen and answer any questions. I didn't feel rushed or embarrassed of my dental problems. The x ray usually hurts , It was just a little discomfort for a few minutes. Dr.Mehdi has a fun personality. And the assistant was so sweet and caring. And this was my first visit. I will be returning for dental services.

This is THE BEST dentist in Memphis. Hands down. Their team took care of me and my dental anxiety for years before I moved to Nashville. This was the first dental office I ever felt comfortable with and I made the drive a few times from Nashville just to keep seeing them! My only complaint is that I moved away. Truly exceptional service and the best dentist I’ve encountered in my lifetime.

I would rate them negative stars if I could. The Zoom whitening treatment was very painful for two days and felt like I was punched in the mouth. Also, the billing department is just awful. If you have dental insurance you might as well just pay cash, because it will be the same price after they bill your insurance almost $100 for a cleaning. Very disappointing. I won't go back or recommend them to anyone.
