Excellent and safe service in the midst of a pandemic! My previous dentist retired, and I had a piece of my tooth fall off. I was panicking but my father got a referral to Dr. Sunny Bant from the doctor’s office who does his dental implants. (Alexis’ mom! ❤️) From The moment I walked into his office, I was impressed. Their safety measures they take for covid are beyond everything I’ve ever seen (temp taking, patients hand wash and rinse with Listerine before being allowed back, double masking and face shields by staff, air filtration units in each room). My appointment was for a chipped tooth. They took care of my tooth and put a temporary crown on it. I mentioned that I needed a cleaning and X-ray. They said they had an opening and did that the same day! The dental hygienist took her time and I noticed she turned the air filter up higher as she did stuff that generated more aerosols. During the Xray they found every cavity my prior dentist had earmarked for needing a filling... that I had put off due to covid. They also noticed the tooth that needed to be pulled that again I had put off due to covid and expense. Dr. Bant explained why it was important I consider getting it done soon, but no pressure. They gave me a very reasonable price quote for extraction and the start of dental implantation (which is what I wanted). Two weeks later, he did 2 fillings, put a permanent crown on and pulled my tooth. It was a very difficult tooth to extract but he took his time, taking X-rays to be sure he got all fragments. He frequently asked me if I needed more gas (which I had requested) and if it still was numb. He added gas and more numbing as I requested. He sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds, calling me the next day to be sure I was ok. When I was concerned about my extraction site that had the bone implant, I called and left a message on the day they are closed (Thursday). He called me back within an hour from home and made an appointment to se

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone and everything from the staff to the dentist himself. He was very nice and informative about what was wrong with my tooth and exactly what he was going to have to do in order to make sure that it is properly treated. I also have to give a very big thank you and to give all of them all as much credit for their efforts and going above and beyond in order to make sure that I was able to get in and have a appointment to see the dentist that day because of the severe amount of pain that I was in. It’s a very hard situation that I can’t get back in until Tuesday morning but I have to let the antibiotics do their thing but I wish I could be able to get back in there sooner. That’s not entirely their fault because the antibiotics have to do what they’re supposed to but I still have to wait a extra day. I have to clarify that is just me being selfish because the lovely,caring and sweetheart of a woman who checked me out did absolutely everything she could to find me a appointment sooner so I have to say thank you for being so kind and going out of your way to try and get me in sooner but it was really just a matter of time for the meds to work and so there just wasn’t a opening until the morning Tuesday but she had done absolutely everything that she could possibly do in order to help possibly find me a sooner appointment. So I’m as grateful as I can possibly be for the extra time and effort that she put into trying to find a earlier time to schedule my appointment. She was very helpful nice and beautiful young lady. So to summarize my experience I had a wonderful experience and they did everything they could to help me out and will fix it completely on Tuesday morning and it was really nice and very reliving to have a such a wonderful and helpful staff and a dentist that is a very nice person and most importantly he is a very knowledgeable about his craft and is as nice a person as you can hope for. 10/10👍🏼

My friend referred me to Sunny Smiles family Dentistry it’s been hard finding a dentist that would take my children’s insurance and that would be able to see them soon . Well I called made our first appointment super quick, super friendly, on the phone and such an easy process and they got me in right away with my daughter we walk in and the sweet lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly just a very nice environment. My daughter didn’t even have to wait long at all. They explained everything after her appointment the dentist came out and he was super nice and friendly. It was just all around one of the best dentist. I’ve been to in a long time and I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a dentist definitely check them out. You won’t regret it!!

Had teeth cleaned and talked to Doctor about continuung pain and he said if it gets worse he will have to take it out. I called back about a month later and told the receptionest I needed to get the tooth pulled. This was monday and she said it would be friday before I could get in. On friday they took more xrays and the Dr. checked the tooth. They ushered me into the office and made an appointment for the next friday and said that was as soon as they could get me in. I told her I came to get the tooth pulled. She said that was to just A consultation. . Went to Aspen Dental and they xrayed and pulled my tooth the same day as they said it was infected. I will never go back to Sunny Smiles. There is nothing to smile about. The Dr. Knew full well I was having trouble with that tooth.

This dentist is over priced and not worth it they charge you or dont provide you things that should be complementary. Every time my kids come there they never receive a bag afterwards that contains a new tooth brush and floss. I went there myself and received xrays of my mouth and saw the pictures afterwards. I am going out of the country to get veneers and I called here to get my digital xrays of mouth. They sent me pictures of three back teeth and said thats all they have. Nowhere in the history of dentistry have I seen such a cheap stingy dentist. Now I have to go pay another dentist just to give me an xray. Update: 25 minutes after I posted this she calls me and says they magically found the rest of them and still only sent me the back images. So you know what I will take that Loss and pay 75 dollars to get xrays done. But because of this dentist office I now know what red flags to look for. 1. Acts as if they dont want to clean you kids teeth but collects the insurance payment 2. Doesnt provide tooth brush, floss and toothpaste after kids visit. 3. Front desk people are rude and full of themselves. And act like the lack compassion or emotion. 4. STINGY AND CHEAP.
