I'm a new patient at Hixson Dental Group but I already know that I'll be going there for a long time. Every single person that I've encountered in this office has been extremely friendly and helpful and has made it clear that the comfort and well-being of their patients is priority #1. I typically have a pretty healthy fear of all things dentistry but Dr. Pollom and his staff went above and beyond to put me at ease, making sure I knew what to expect before, during, and after my procedure. Excellent office, excellent staff, excellent doctors. I cannot say enough good things about Hixson Dental Group!

They fixed my front teeth I broke when I was 5 and no other dentist would..sad I had to wait 45 years.

This office was aware of my mother's insurance company, didn't inform her they were out of network, did a cleaning, billed her for it, and turned her over to collections. My mother is elderly, on a fixed income, has dental coverage she pays a pretty penny for, and wouldn't have been taken here had they informed me they weren't in network. The billing manager informed me; "we don't disclose to patients if their insurance is out of network. They should check before coming here." The dentist that owned this practiceprior was in network. They bought the practice, solicited my mother to come to their office, had her insurance and records, yet never disclosed that they were out of network. Upon calling them, I was informed the bill wouldn't be written off, and she was the final word on this. This is a very dishonest practice. I've never been to a medical facility that didn't disclose their status with my insurance.

I highly recommend Hixson Dental group! They have knowledgeable doctor and hygienist. The staff is energetic and always accommodates my needs.

I needed a tooth pulled and went in for an exam. I let the dentist know I wasn't afraid to pay for a pain free experience, and there was a bad experience many years ago and the reason I avoided the dentist. He assured me I wouldn't feel anything uncomfortable. I came back in a week later and he took out both wisdom teeth on top and the bad molar. I drove back into the driveway an hour and a half later and was shocked at how easy it really was. I will not avoid the dentist any longer.

Dr. Pollum and his team calmed my anxiety of going to the dentist. After traumatic experiences when I was a kid, I feared the dentist and associated then with pain and pure misery. I let my teeth go. Now that I'm older, I want to fix my mistakes and start down a healthy path. My fiance found Dr Pollum and told me they he was perfect for helping you get over your fear of the dentist, and he was correct! I've never once been in pain, even getting shots, and he's very kind and accommodating. His team is very kind as well, is a very loving and peaceful environment- not to mention clean and safe due to the new covid guide lines. They always take your temperature when you get there, they're all wearing masks correctly. Ect. Highly recommend!
