Went there charged 315.00 for xray and ten min consultation. That is ROBBERY .they did nothing .so zero on review. Would not recommend they are crooks went down the street and got xray for free and 2 fiiings fir 170.00 they wanted 3300.00 for same thing CROOKS.

First let me say, I am a 72 year old Great Grandma that would rather have a stick in the eye (lol) than enter a dentist office. I am new to this area and needed a dentist ASAP. Hometown Dental is in my neighborhood so I gave them a call. To my surprise after explaining my pain, I was given an appointment almost immediately.( Wow !) The morning of my appointment I went to the office and was pleasantly surprised by the warm, family like atmosphere I found. I was greeted by Kelly and warmly taken back to an exam room. She spoke with me as if she was talking to her grandma. She ever so caringly ask about my concerns. After doing the necessary set up, in came Dr. Perry. ( warmly referred to as Dr. Calley Jo Perry , an angel in a dental uniform lol ) She sat down by me and began to explain what my pain was and what she could do to help me. ( what ? no up sell, no " why didn't you take better care of your teeth " Just " it's ok, let's just help you " ). Dr. Perry knew more about my insurance and what they would pay than I knew and I called my insurance company to inquire before I came. I not only have found a Dr. I will never be afraid to visit again but I have found a GREAT Hometown Friend. Thanks Dr. Calley, Kelly and the entire staff. <3 P.S. I even got a treat from the Treasure Box. Who does that ?

I have an irrational fear of dentists but this place is awesome. I have to go back for some fillings but I am a lot less nervous now than I was. They really took the time to explain the billing and options as I don’t have dental insurance. Paying $2000 in premiums for a dental insurance company to pay a max of 2500 is not my idea of a good time so we self pay. They have a savings plan that makes way more sense for us and is totally worth it.

Hometown Dental was a spectacular dentist office. I will defiantly be a returning customer. From the moment I walked in I felt at home, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. Ginny the hygienist was very helpful and informative she treated me as family I felt. She most defiantly made me feel at ease with my overwhelming thoughts of losing my teeth. I don't know about everyone's situation, but I haven't been to the dentist in ten years and have several teeth that need repair and she let me know that they were there for me and are willing and able to get me back feeling comfortable showing my beautiful smile. One of my biggest concerns was how am I going to pay for this, and she laid out a game plan for me to show me how we can use my insurance effectively and proficiently so that I was not out thousands of dollars out of pocket. Last but not least Dr. Jenny assured me that my smile can be fixed and showed genuine care. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone if you want to be treated as an individual not a dollar sign.
