Every single staff member I came in contact with from reception the second I walked through the door, all the way to the Office Manager at the end of my visit were super awesome!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want the worst dental experience you can possibly have. Reception over the phone is very nice but as soon as you get here, you'll see why they need to advertise. Your experience will start late; the x-ray tech will not know how to deal with medical accommodations; you will receive a lot of unnecessary imaging and an interminable session on hygiene; spend less than 5 minutes with the dentist who could not care less or be out of there fast enough; and straight to billing who believes talking to you in a high, Disney-esque voice only dogs can hear will make you agree to the $$$$ they want you to pay. The "cheap" and "free" offers are only to get you in the door. There are many real dentists in Johnson City. Go to one of them instead.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very compassionate. The wait for an appointment was crazy but thats not their fault. They went over everything with me that needed to be done and broke down the cost (before insurance vs. after) so I knew exactly what I would have to pay before having any work done and answered all my questions.
