He is horrible . He yelled at a 6 year old child because she cried and proceeded to storm out of the room yelling to take her somewhere else if she was going to act like that. We did she was taken to another local dentist who treated her with respect and dignity and took time to speak to her like a person instead of yelling and running away same procedure was done in 35 minutes. Go elsewhere for sure.

I do not ever leave reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I called and asked if they took our insurance and the receptionist said "nope" and hung up the phone. I called back, and said "yes, I just called and you hung up the phone on me" she said "no I didn't I answered your question" I said "well, I was wandering how much it would be to get 3 cleanings?" She very rudely once more said "ugh, were not taking new patients " and hung up. Very unprofessional, very rude, definitely don't know if I'd want someone working on my teeth that can't even take the time to consult me.

Just got a supposed bill from 3 years ago! Had to quit going there after his daughter took over billing! I hated that because Dr Monger and his other staff was great!

They where great especially the staff feels like family done a great job on filling my tooth!!

I highly suggest you go some place else, I was not getting the care that I thought I was getting and paying for, found that out when I had a tooth break and needed prompt attention they couldn't work me in until the following day after going there for at least 5+yrs. Got an appt with another dental office, found out that tooth had fractures in it that had been there for quite some time and Mongers office missed it. Not only did they miss that one but two others that are fractured and has been fractured for a good while. I explained that the one was hurting and Mongers office told me to just use sensitive toothpaste. 🙄 So now not only do I get three crowns but they also missed an old filling that has needed replaced. Save your time and money and go some place else. Yes Monger was always nice but he needs to retire in my opinion and my family will no longer be going there.

Well I'll just say that with the previous reviews on here, I was a bit skeptical. I did make my appt in person and had to wait about 6 weeks to get in today. My visit was absolutely wonderful. I was seen very promptly Brooke did my xrays and then cleaning and this was a very enjoyable experience She had me laughing so much I could barely keep my mouth where she needed it. She was gentle and kind and had some great advice regarding protecting my gums. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth . They felt very clean and polished. Then Dr. Monger came in and I swear, this is the sweetest man. He took a look at my xrays and said they looked good and then when he got in my mouth, 3 different times he said yes you do have some good teeth. I had a good chuckle thinking that at any minute he was going to say it again and add for a 51 year old mare the way he was moving my jaw around lol. In all seriousness, this is a great office!

I've been coming here for years and have never had any issue. Staff is friendly and talkative, and Dr. Monger has great experience and never fails to be courteous and kind.

Dr Monger fixed my tooth, it's much better now. His staff was very nice too.

I absolutely love Dr. Monger as a dentist; he is ethical, understanding, great with explaining procedures, and has great bedside manner. I would happily drive 30+ minutes to see him. However. My husband's experience with their front office staff leaves much to be desired. They do not speak clearly into the phone and have conversations with others while on the phone with us. Also, they send me text reminders for my husband's appointments even though we repeatedly request they be sent to his phone instead.

I have been going to Dr. Monger for a couple years now and he has been fantastic, he cares a lot about his patients and will do whats best for them in the end. The Hygienists here are very pleasant and do great work, Front desk staff was very nice and wonderful to talk to. Would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for one.

Dr. Monger is a terrific dentist that has been in the dental field for several years!! His office staff always makes me smile and is always super helpful. The office is pretty laid back which I love! Would definitely recommend him!

Front desk staff was so rude and smug. Tried to make an apointment.. filed all the paperwork they gave me.. but they never set it to my previouse dentist... and blamed it on them. I am not supprised they can fit folks in fast, they really don't seem to want new in town patients.

Wonderful office and Dentist. He is very Ethical and a Straight shooter. Brooke his hygienist could not be any friendlier. I drive about 25 minutes to see him. I have a bunch of dentists closer but I believe in how he operates, he doesn't push you into anything. I trust the man

Poor excuse for a dentist office as well as customer service. Lady at the front desk was rude when I called. Then on arrival was rude to me in person. Sign states walk in welcome. With an empty waiting room my wife was told it would be 2 weeks before she could have a tooth addressed. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Been going to Dr. Monger for over 25 years. He is very patient and kind. I think he's the best around. Does excellent work. Love the staff there.

Called was going to make an appointment but the lady answering the phone was rude. I don't like dealing with rude folks
