I had my first restoration visit with Dr. Creech today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had at this office. The entire staff was so kind and compassionate. Went in and got my permanent crowns seated. Excellent as always. Lisa worked super hard to get them just right for me and Dr Creech finished them off. Went for my cleaning directly after and no complaints there either. Pam did recommend some toothpaste to use, at night, to help protect my teeth against my acid reflux. I love going to the dentist, everyone things I’m crazy, but I love the atmosphere and the fact that I learn something new about my dental health every time.

This was my first time going to Colonial Heights Dental Grp. I really didnt know what to expect as i had been with my previous Dentist for many years until his retirement. My wife and daughter had already been there and bragged about how good they were and that they really liked them. Well they were right, Everyone i met was so friendly and professional. Amanda, the Hygienist that worked with me today was Awesome! She was very good at what she does. She was very professional and knowledgable about her job and was also very good at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. That just made the experience easy and that makes it easier to come back in the future for my routine dental care. Would definetely Recommend!

I’ve been going to Colonial Heights Dental Group for several years now. I had been going to another dentist and my fillings kept falling out. He’d also done a root canal for me and I kept telling him that I was having a lot of pain. He kept reassuring me that I wasn’t experiencing pain because he drilled out the roots (i.e. root canal). After many, many visits, I finally decided to switch dentists and get a second opinion. Dr. Creech did some X-rays and immediately noticed some of my root was left. After that, I never went back to my other dentist. Over the years Dr. Creech and her amazing staff have not only taken care of me, but my daughters as well. The care and great lengths they go to to make sure their clients are comfortable are above and beyond. These include anything from setting me up for an emergency visit at the beginning of COVID, to Lisa opening the doors for me to be able to buy toothpaste when they’re closed, and everything in between. Pam has also taught me a lot of tricks to take care of my teeth and takes the time to explain things in a way that I understand. Today, Lisa helped Dr. Creech get my tooth ready for a crown and the care she took to make sure my temporary crown fit just right shows just how much pride they take in their work. If you want a staff that cares, you definitely need to check them out!

Over priced and horrible. I never had pain before Dr Creech put a crown on my tooth. I called them and they said I needed a root canal but they don't do that. After months of pain I finally had to pay another 2 grand at a different dentist to get some relief. Creech also offers botox shots..she should stick to that. It's just about the money with those useless women.
