Regardless of the negative reviews before me I chose to trust Aspen with my denture journey and I’m extremely happy I did! From the consultation, to the extractions, to adjustments I have had such a positive experience with them. The oral surgeon and his nurses made me feel extremely comfortable and didn’t judge me, and I’ve had to have several adjustments since which a nurse with black hair has done for me every time ( I wish I knew her name) and she has been so kind and patient with the process. They are doing everything they can to be sure I get my dream smile that also function well and I’m so grateful thank you all!

Very friendly, personable, and professional personnel. I will recommend Aspen Dental just on the basis of one visit. We'll see how the upcoming visits go!

Normally I don't review and just let things be, but seriously don't waste your time. I had an appointment that I waited nearly a month for in February. They called the day before to confirm. Right after I got off of the phone, they called back to tell me that they couldn't actually get me in for what I needed and would have to reachedule. (Again, it was the day before). Then they couldn't reschedule me until another month later. Fast forward to today where I find out that my appointment was cancelled. They didn't call to confirm this one. They did not send me a single text message other than the one in February letting me know the day and time of the appointment. I also did not receive a single phone call. I did finally get into my email where there was an email from a couple weeks ago asking me to reschedule again. Unfortunately, I did not see it. However, when I called to ask what happened they claimed they sent several additional text messages and phone calls which simply isn't true. I will be finding a new dentist.

Worst place ever!! worst hygienist they will just try to make you pay!! For no reason. I literally left and called my primary doctor and told him what they told me and he started laughing. There doctors are great and one of the best I have ever seen but the system and the hygienist stuff are the worst/never going there again and wasting my time and if you value your time and your teeth, don’t go there

Not sure how you can give the total (after insurance)for the visit, take payment THEN give the breakdown of what you've just paid for AFTER you pay ...which includes a $135.00 electric toothbrush that isn't covered by insurance and you DIDN'T ASK FOR!!! Then they conveniently tell you they can only give you a credit on your account or you can take the toothbrush!! Shady business practices!! I don't care if the toothbrush is $200 at Walmart...I'll decide if and when I want to pay that kind of money for something, not have it placed on my bill without my consent. Plus going on two hours for a cleaning, do not recommend at all!

Broke a tooth on Saturday. Called on Monday, got an app for first thing Tuesday morning. The Dentist was very informative. No one was pushy. Promised at least a temporary crown by my vacation in less than two weeks. Got a second appt for the next afternoon (today).

While the actual process of the exam was fairly easy, the explanation of what I was paying for was not. Be careful to really ask what you're paying for, because it was not explained to me that I was "pre-paying" for future services.

I felt the staff was very professional with dealing with me I get very upset when I go to a dentist; I have always been this way. The dentist 's assistant was very kind and helpful. I plan on going again.

I had a very good experience with Aspen dental in oak ridge Tennessee. Everyone was very nice, they all work together to make sure that I was comfortable with any of the decisions I made. They were very team-oriented, and listen to anything that I needed to know. Thank you Receptionist Armina, dental assistant Destiney, Hygienist Andrea, Dr Walker - Smith and treatment coordinator Tonya.

From start to finish this experience was great! Took my mom for an emergency tooth pull and have no complaints. Setting the appointment was easy. Checking in was easy. The process of exam, X-rays, and extraction were smooth and flowed nicely. Dr Patel and his assistants were top notch. Will not hesitate to schedule here again.

Employees are all very well trained. Most polite people I have seen in a busy office setting.

My husband went in for an emergency temporary crown replacement as he is going out of town for a week. This was very clear and the appointment staff confirmed she understood. Instead he was given a new patient treatment and told he would need to "have that crown replaced" and descaling, etc. and that it would be $2700, did he want to get that scheduled. He has dental insurance so they will file today's visit and I'm sure that will exceed the cap for the year. This is a poor way to treat people.

I've been in minimal pain for a while now & had an appointment scheduled 2 months ago that was canceled due to Dr. Patel being out of the office. I rescheduled for another months wait. Got a call that Dr. Patel would be out again. If you want to be seen here you can't have a preference of which dentist you want cause they seem to be gone all the time. I will find a different dentist that shows up for work, wants my business & cares about the patients needs. Good thing the staff is friendly though.

Very quick to get an appointment for a broken front tooth. Less than 2 hours after I called, my tooth was extracted. They made it as painless as they possibly could. Dr.Patel was great and quick
