My husband and I are relatively new to the Knoxville area and were in need of a dentist. We researched many practices before choosing Knoxville Smiles. We could have chose practices closer to us but after doing our due diligence, we decided the hour and 20-25 minute travel time to their office was worth it. Their practice is top notch with the most up-to-date technology, the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and compassionate. Drs. Malone and Costa are phenomenal. My personal experience was an extraction and implant. They went above and beyond to ensure my health was their greatest concern. Impressed with them is an understatement! Later in the day, they checked up on me and provided me with contact info should I incur a problem over the weekend. I can't recommend this practice enough. Thank you Drs. Malone, Costa and staff.

I was a patient at this office for many years until we relocated, and cannot say enough about the staff, service, and kindness here! I recently had trouble with an old root canal, and even though I hadn't been seen there in ~3 years since we relocated, they went above and beyond to try and assist. They were willing to see me in the office to help work up and diagnose the problem, or send a referral locally where we live now, and even checked in on me for several days after. They sent records to the local office. They didn't have to do that, they could have just brushed me off since I have not been in for several years, but they truly went above and beyond, and this was SO greatly appreciated!

I've been seeing Dr. Malone since he began his dentistry in Knoxville back in the late 1990's. The relationship has spanned over 24 years. Even after locating to Chattanooga, I still make the 1.5 hours drive to Knoxville twice a year to see him. He has made special accommodations to see me at short notices when I've had fractured teeth or other tooth problems. Dr. Malone is an excellent dentist, but an even better human being.
