I made an appointment in October for November 13 at 12:40. It was a long wait but the reviews were so great that I decided to wait. I ensured that I was off from work for this appointment. I called on the day of the appointment to confirm because I hadn’t received a reminder from the office. I was told that my appointment was cancelled on October 2. I never cancelled my appointment!! Also, another reviewer stated that there appointment was given away. Therefore, this isn’t an isolated event. I was told that the next available was in March. I believe that this is horrible consumer service. I will be choosing another dentist.

Bad customer service! The two front desk people are very rude, they give your appointments away, tell you to come in if your running behind and then when you come in turn you away. Poor customer service!

A very professional group of ladies work at this office! I work as a hygienist from time to time here and I love working with the hygiene crew that works here permanently and Dr. Highland.
