Bluff City Dental, Dr. Phillip Isaacman

There’s nothing worse than being a long way from home (UK) and having tooth pain but the kindness and help given to my wife by the team at Bluff City Dental, ensured we could carry on with the rest of our trip. Special thanks go to Tarah who made us feel so welcome and comfortable, quickly diagnosing the problem and arranging for some medication to be prescribed and picked up locally. My wife and I both went to Bluff City Dental for the first time yesterday and are so happy we did! Every single person on the staff was kind, professional, and accommodating. Our dental hygienist, Nicki, was incredibly personable and informative. Dr. Bryant was super nice and I felt at ease during the entire appointment. The two women at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating as my son and I waited in the lobby during my wife's appointment. It also doesn't hurt that 90's/early 00's rap made up the majority of the music played during our visit. If I ever have to have dental work here at least I know it'll be trill while they drill. We have definitely found our "forever" dentist.

Dr. Isaacman is one of the best dentist ever, i was just in town for few months and I was in pain, the reception at my hotel recommend him. I didn't called nor have an appointment, I just show up at his office and they take care of me also referral me to one of the best oral surgeon to get my wisdom tooth remove. Dr Isaacman have one of the best dental hygienist in Memphis. Her name is Tarah Hines, she is good at her job, she make you feel welcome and explain every step of what she is doing. I will recommend her a million times, if you need an hygienist.

This dental office is unique and should be acknowledged. Several items were in place by that made my visit very comfortable, which it is the first dental office I have visited since i arrived 3 months ago into Memphis: nice and helpful personnel , knowledgeable personnel willing to accommodate you based on your schedule, friendly dentists, reasonable pricing structure, bigger than usual consultation rooms, comfortable waiting room, . I could not stressed more how satisfied I have been from my visit

Absolutely love this dental office and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Best visit to the dentist. I was dreading going since I just chipped my tooth and lost a filling. Brittany the office manager is on her game and yes, she does not wear a mask, because she is surrounded in plexiglass. Not to mention, so much easier to understand!! Tara, my hygenist is wonderful. She knows her dentistry and best cleaning ever. Even the x rays were comfortable!! She is sweet and keeps the conversation going so you do not dwell on the process!! Dr. Isaacman came in and listened to my needs (more issues than I usually have) and made a plan. The atmosphere is light but very professional. Thank you team Bluff City!!

Every facet of the dental process is explained & performed with good humor & professionalism by Dr Issacman's team. Obviously well trained & skilled, every employee exudes confidence, calm & trust. Nice office in a great Downtown location. PS the music is great.

My wife and I absolutely love Bluff City Dental! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Brittany works at the front desk and is an absolute delight! She greets everyone warmly, wholesomely, and with a smile. Brittany always finds a way to keep our costs down, making her one of my favorite people at this establishment. I appreciate anyone who looks after my money. :) Tarah is our primary dental hygienist and is amazing! She does a fantastic job on my smile and I adore our conversations. She has a kind heart and goes over and beyond to make sure her patients are happy, comfortable, and satisfied. Erica has also worked on my smile and did a great job while I was in her care. She still greets me whenever I'm in the office, making each visit that much more enjoyable. Dr. Isaacman is "Da Man"! He's cool, down-to-earth, and a master of his trade. Dr. Isaacman is a talented dentist and has built a wonderful practice for his employees, patients and the city of Memphis. If you're in the market for a dental practice, I highly recommend Bluff City Dental! Dr. Isaacman and his staff have helped me get my teeth back in tiptop shape and I am extremely grateful to them. 5 Stars all around!!

Apparently they don’t believe in Covid there as Britney, thier receptionist, does not wear a mask at all, during a mask mandate, at a health care facility, while the there is a 25%+ positivity rate. The dental hygienist had to have been on speed or something. She spoke a hundred miles an hour and had trouble staying on task. I went because I chipped my tooth, and she kept saying they would file it away so it wouldn’t bother me so much. Through the rush no one ever addressed my tooth. The dentist wore a tshirt with holes in it for work. It was totally unprofessional. They basically shooed me out the door trying to “churn and burn”, and I still have a chip on my tooth that is bothering me. The whole experience was frustrating, and there was very little room to talk because of the hygienist and the dentist barely took a breath between words. I should have just turned around when I saw the receptionist was an anti-masker.

Was in town for bbqfest and had tooth problem. Called them up and within 20 mins I was in chair being seeing. Very courteous. If I lived in Memphis this would be my dentist

This dental office is great! They are always welcoming and easy to work with. There is always some great music being played during my appointment as well! They even took me in for an emergency appointment and then followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was fine. Top Notch!

Dr. Isaacman is the man!! I have had so much dental work in my life and he is by far the best dentist. His staff remembers you by name even if you've only come in a handful of times. The office is spectacularand his staff are the best. I live in Bartlett and drive downtown because they are the best. I'll never see another dentist besides Dr. Isaacman!

New to town and had to find a dentist nearby in downtown. I've been with my other dentist for 40 years, so I was worried I'd not have the same type of experience. Was happily surprised at how great the experience was. Staff and location top-notch. Facility sharp and clean. Dr Isaacman was great. If you need dental help, definitely visit this place.
