Insurance scams made a appointment and set there for an hour to be told they need to reschedule an appointment for a deeper cleaning turn in paperwork like they did work on this day got the nerves to not explain anything to the patient and act as if they didn't know what happened at the time of being seen Really believe they over booked It's too many Dentistry out here to deal with the scams this place be getting paid for services they haven't did I finally caught in action how a cleaning turn in to absolutely nothing just them trying to get paid.for service they didn't even do. Meanwhile small businesses doesn't mean better service it mean watch your chart because they will say they did thing they really didn't Honestly I'm just the messenger

This is the best dentist to me!! I have no dental insurance but they took great care of me. Very professional, no attitudes, and pure love. Now, I haven't been to the dentist in years due to a traumatizing experience I had when I was little but this place made me feel sooo comfortable. I had got a tooth extraction today and when I say I had the best experience ever. I was nervous at first but when I heard the music, I was jamming while sitting down haha. When I was getting my tooth pulled, there was pressure but there no pain whatsoever which was my least worry. The lady who pulled my tooth did an amazing job as well as her assistant! ❤️ If you think about giving these lovely people a chance, please come here ❤️ Also forgot to mention the receptionist in the front, she's literally amazing!! ❤️ Any questions you have are going to get answered for you. I won't ever go to another dentist place no shade because this place has my heart ❤️

The staff was amazing though between the office manager and the two receptionist women. Horrible the doctor herself Dr Eunjung Edwards did not prepare me for anything regarding my teeth being pulled and then trying to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled when we only discussed 1 at the time and prescribed me no medicine to deal with pain. My appointment was @1p I didn’t get to the back until 2p the they had me wait another hour while they took care of a woman who had just come in saying it was an emergency and by the time it came to pull my teeth which was around 3:10 ish. I was sleep the numbness was starting to wear down and just sent me on my way! They didn’t tell me to bring anybody or anything it was an experience I would tell others to avoid at all cost unless they absolutely needed a tooth pulled and even then you can find a better chance somewhere else!! Then tried to return the next day she doesn’t speak with patients over the phone and waited on her only for her then to prescribe pain medicine didn’t tell me I should not report to work the next day and all I brought my concerns to her and she didn’t even have the audacity to meet with me and my mom who had to vouch for my pain because of my difficulty to talk!!

I was able to make a new patient appointment easily and they got me in as fast as they could. Everyone in the office has been super helpful and friendly. Dr. Edwards took her time examining me and talking to me about options and what to expect.

I highly don’t recommend!!!! My daughter and son appointment was scheduled for my 3 pm. I arrived at 2:40. My daughter went to the back at 3:30 came to the front at 4:05. My oldest went to the back at 4:10 and they told him “oh it looks good!” Then they sent him outside due to their “waiting room being closed” The black lady Terica (whatever her name is) was doing the most!!!! I really want to give them no stars

Made an appointment, they called me back 3 days before the appointment and told me they couldn't take my insurance., won't have insurance in a few days. thanks for wasting my time and last chance at dental work

I was informed that they accepted Tenncare, they do, however for patients under the age of 22. Maybe this would be great info for someone.

My experience with FCD is always awesome.....their customer service is so very delightful. office manager Johanna has the most outstanding customer service ever & she’s really polite, helpful/informative & creates comfort for me & my family whenever we come to our dentist appointments. Our visits are definitely 100% pleasant. Thank You

I hate this office. The work they did was horrible and they act without ethics. I have to have both of my crowns replaced. When I went to get my crowns put in they didn’t have them, but Dr. Edwards gave me anesthesia before confirming she had the crowns because she was running late. I had to leave with my mouth numb and my heart feeling like it was going to pump out my chest because she was so incompetent. Then come back the next day and get anesthesia again. Also, she decided that I needed a root canal in the middle of the procedure even though I wasn’t experiencing any pain. My mouth was open and bloody, but she wouldn’t continue until I gave her office manager my credit card to charge for the root canal. I had already paid them $600 so I asked that they let me wait about a week until I got paid. They refused to even consider it. I have lived all over this country and been to dentists, they are by far the worst I have seen. Do not go here! Reply to office: I did complain. You don’t care. Since you posted personal information about when I was treated personal information about me perhaps my lawyer should give you a call. I have a second opinion to confirm the work done by Dr. Edwards was incompetent.

Family Cosmetic Denistry staff was professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and renewed my confident smile! I am pleasantly satisfied with my results and plan to return soon for more services. I highly recommend Family & Cosmetic Denistry to families even if you're uninsured, prices are reasonable.

The lady at the window is very rude and doesn't get there work done on time ! They schedule you for one thing and have you waiting hours just to get a cleaning ! I would never recommend anyway to come here !

The staff did an excellent job and took their time with my children; and it was their first time at the facility. Appointments where easily made and they where polite and on schedule on arrival. I was relieved and excited that a close to 5 star facility accepted Tenncare because others did not.

My 10 year old son and I both go to this dental practice. The entire staff is great! The financials are always very clear. The facility is spotless! Dr. Edwards, Maggie, and the rest of the staff are incredibly articulate, competent, and empathetic. Fantastically pleasant people and very flexible on appointments. They have always been able to accomodate our schedule. I had not gotten adequate dental care for a few years so I was a bit nervous. They were great! So, my son had been seeing a pediatric dentist in East Memphis all his life who is good but a little more expensive and with a long wait for appointments. He loved this practice too! He likes that they don't talk to him lime a child and explain things clearly and teach him sciency stuff. He especially liked getting to see the x-ray of his mouth on the monitor! And, every one of my appointments has started exactly on time.

Dr. Edwards is the most honest, talented and affordable dentist I have ever been to.

Very nice staff and very easy to work with. Also, they laugh at my jokes. I am however disturbed by their lack of candy.
