Before I went I read the reviews and I almost did not go. I am so glad I did go Dr.simpson Was amazing took his time and got it out with no problem. He was polite and professional. 2 other dentist said it was my wisdom tooth and they were wrong dr. simpson pointed out the tooth and explained why that was the bad tooth and he was right . He was also 20 times cheaper than most other dentist. will be back. He even took his time to draw on my exray to show exactly what was wrong. 20 star ⭐ thank you msdc for the professionalism and the care can't say enough good thing bout this place

He is the best hands down. This is a great dentist to go to. I highly recommend anybody who’re having any problems to go here. Dr. Gary is a great man he talk you through the procedure and I really appreciate my visit every time. They’re affordable and welcoming… Thanks a lot

If I could give you guys more stars I would. MSDC has always made me happy with the service I get. Dr. Simpson and his staff are very good at what they do. Dr. Simpson may not always tell you what you want to hear but he is going to give it to you straight. He's a damn good dentist. I have been going there for over 15 years. I now live 2 1/2 hours from Memphis (and was there today). The drive was worth it. A dental place in Little Rock gave me a quote for over a $1300 dollars with insurance. My portion $700. MSDC did more and I paid $320. Thanks you MSDC.

Dr. Simpson got my broken wisdom tooth out in about 10 minutes without pain. Other dental surgeons had given me the run around while half of my face was swollen and charged me a lot more than Dr. Simpson did. I hope I can always go to him for treatment if I need it.

Well. Update. He didn’t fill out my prescriptions correctly and is closed the next 3 days so after having a tooth extracted I have no pain medication or antibiotics. In pain and worried about infection. I had a great experience with this clinic and Dr. Simpson. He took time to explain my situation and make me comfortable with my choices. I was able to be seen same day. His expertise is in extractions and dentures, and he focuses solely on those treatments, and his prices are very fair. To find a dentist that cares about his community and offers a low cost option (as low as possible) for the uninsured was a blessing for me. The office staff were pleasant and moving quickly and efficiently to see to all the afternoon walk in appointments. He was pleasant and reassuring and had a very nice bedside manner. I wouldn’t be put off by the negative reviews if you need a tooth pulled or dentures. He made my grandmother a pair of dentures when she was 90 and said they would probably only function cosmetically and he didn’t want her to think they would help her eat much better because she had such deteriorated gums from years of denture wearing. They were the best dentures she ever had and she was able to resume eating things she hadn’t been able to eat with her old dentures. His sweet demeanor with her is why I chose to ignore the negative reviews and use his clinic and I am glad I did. Thank you, Midsouth Dental.

Worst artitude of a human much less a Dentist ever , ill see him again in court bank on that., anybody needing to use him I strongly suggest you don't.

This dentis need a 0 he hurt me so bad I had tears In my eyes he did not care at all he pulled my teeth half deadening ..I will not refer him at all I never feel pain like that..

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Dr.Simpson is the most rudest unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. It’s cheap and affordable so he feels he can treat you the way he chooses but God changes things.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Dr. Simpson is beyond rude and unprofessional. I went to him to get my partial done and was scheduled an appointment the next day for adjustments. The teeth he made had an overbite. I tried to explain this too him, but he refused to listen to me. He yelled and became belligerent with me and refused to fix my teeth. He said that I would have to go get a statement from another doctor saying my teeth are not perfect before he would fix them or get a lawyer. Once I began to record his behavior and how he was yelling he called the police on me and told them that I just walked in demanding service, but I had an appt. I stood outside and waited for the police to come, but it wasn't nothing they could do because it is a civil matter. But to pay $500 and to be treated that way was very upsetting. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever stepped foot in his office. It's shocking that he is still in buisness treating people this way. I hate being forced to even give him one star to post this review. I will definitely be looking into how to report him beyond my review.

I have never been so treated so rudely before in my life Dr. Simpson was so rude and hateful, he told me to not move and all I did was grip the chair arms and he told me to get out that I can suffer. What kind of dentist says something like that to their patient.

A REAL RIP OFF! PLEASE don't WASTE your TIME nor your MONEY! The receptionist are friendly but that Dr. Simpson is very arrogant man who needs to learn how to talk to ppl before he meet the person who don't give damn about his age! Go to Christ Community Dental they have alot of locations and they take ppl with or without insurance! The fillings, extractions are reasonable prices as well as dentures starting $450.00 and up!

I just had a visit there today with Dr. Gary Simpson. I thought he was very helpful and thorough.

If you need dentures or partials that really fit like a glove, this is the place for you 40 years at this location and they have made My bottom denture for under 500. I payed 1100 dollars at Smile Center that I could not wear or eat with...so bad!! These people go out of their way to insure a perfect fit the way you would think for 1100 dollars, but give for under 500 dollars. They know what they are doing...not just doing!!

I also had the same experience, ,Gary Simpson does good work, but his bad attitude far out weights his good points, he comes on as being nice,,and his bipolar comes on when he is close to finishing, so if you have to go ,don't say a word.because if you do ,he is going off
