My first time ever calling over to request information for another patient for a dental office. I'm not sure who answer the phone. Upon requesting info for the patient, she was rude and stated that she couldn't just stop what she is doing to send the info and that info that I requesting is normally asked for 2 to 3 days prior to the patient appt. I never ask her to stop what she was doing to send the info but I did ask could she send the info because the patient was in the office waiting. So for future patient, please ask for your info before leaving the office if you have to be refer out. I'm glad this case was not an emergency the way I was treated on the phone. Please do better.

They messed my mom's mouth up being careless with the operation and couldn't properly finish it and only gave her ibuprofen to help with the pain. She literally came home crying because she was in so much pain.

Dentist was very rude and unprofessional. It was bothering him to tell me what was going on in my childs mouth! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My insurance paid them a lot of money for me to get dentures. I went to them five times to get them fixed. I can't eat with them and my gums bleed when I have them in. I was told that if they send them back to the lab,there would be a charge. I can't wear them so they were never fixed the correct way from the start and every time I went back to get the fixed the got worse everytime. I just dentures sitting in a glass of water.vi will never go back to them. I'm a very very unhappy person rite now.

I wish I could give them -5 stars. I never got to see the dentist due to the rude and ill mannered staff. She was very rude and she does not listen. My insurance pays for the dentist to tell me about my teeth. I would never return. Word of advice replace the receptionist or send her to some training. The worst!!!!!!
