The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Turnipseed makes you feel like family. They are practicing safety precautions during the virus which eases my mind. They thoroughly review your treatment plan with you showing you all the options. I must update my review to say that I was given false information regarding treatment that supposedly had been done. I was alert during a procedure and know they only worked on one tooth tho they had numbed two areas. When I inquired why they weren't doing the other tooth, I was told by the person at front desk that my insurance didn't cover any more work. Dr. Turnipseed then tried to convince me that she had done that tooth previously. No coordination or communication. I might have been willing to pay the difference, but no one asked. They made the decision for me. I will never use this dentist again.
