He is extremely rough;The pulling of my jaw hurts more than the needle. If you are going to be that rough you need to invest and gas ( putting people to sleep).

I have never visited this dentist but Dr. Branch was highly recommended by one of his patients. I called today to inquire about emergency services (my tooth in the front came out) and I needed a bridge done I needed a temporary one until the actual one was done...I was emotionally distraught. The young lady who assisted me on the phone was fantastic and very caring. She made me feel better about my situation and gave me the information I needed. I wish I could wait a week on my bridge to come in I would definitely recommend this place. I have found my dentist home.

I personally have hard horrible experiences at several dental facilities around the city and this caused me to not want to go but I knew I had too. Dr. Branch was recommended several times to me but because of my fear...I continued to push the information to the side lines until he was recommened again and my coworkers loved praised his work. So, I gave him a chance and I wish I had done it much sooner. He would have saved a few teeth and money for me. Dr. Branch also has,a wonderful and friendly staff. Yes, I would recommend him. He pulled one tooth. Made me a partical a couple weeks later. Went back the next week for adjustments. Went back the next week for him to trim my partial in the front part that was behind my teeth but he put the drill on it. He drilled to low that food goes in between my teeth and the partical. He also trimmed where there a bone was not on the mold it was OK after the trimming. Went back third time I tried to tell him my problems he cut me off saying that the problem I had with the bone I would have to get a oral surgeon to remove it and he couldn't do anything else. I was so angry with tears I just got up and left. Went to my car and Prayed on it. I wanted to tell him I had no problems with the part he trimmed concerning the bone. But I still had food going over and under between my partial and my teeth. Food goes under the back where I have no back teeth. Even though I tried to get him to pull my last 6 teeth he told me that they were too good. When he was cleaning them and putting the drill on them on 3 of them he hit a nerve I was pulling but he continued, of the three, two of them holds my partical and every time I eats it hurts so I have to remove it plus food goes under the back side also. With the price my insurance paid and what I paid out of pocket over $400 this shouldn't be. When I picked up partical they gave me my molding plus where it was made and the price. HIGH WAY ROBBERY..!!!! After this I'm encouraging all my grands to go to college to be a dentist but to honor their patiences.GOD BLESS..!!
