These people are very dishonest. They told me I didn’t have enough bone tissue to get implants and that was a lie. The lie they told cost me $1,200. I am making a report with the Better Business Bereau and with the Board of Dentistry for their dishonesty and unethical behavior Also check with your insurance company to verify their treatment plan has no limitation prior to any services being rendered Fortunately my insurance company is only asking me to reimburse them the money they paid Dr. Norvell and they will reinstate my benefits

Love this office!! Such a relaxed atmosphere, I felt so comfortable the whole time. Dr. Nick and the team are amazing (shout out to Jayme!) and you can tell they love what they do. I’m excited to have a front crown replaced that I’ve been putting off for a while, and I know I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

I CANNOT SING THEIR PRAISES ENOUGH In 2015 I significantly chipped my front tooth while out of the country. When I came back, I went to ~another~ dentist and got a super whack replacement tooth. Too big, too wide, made me super self-conscious about my smile. THEN I was referred to Dr. Nick and his team and decided to go pop in to see what he could offer me in the way of a replacement. Dr. Nick, Kami, and Jaime are all so warm and inviting- you immediately are able to tell you're in good hands. Dr. Norvell laid out all of my options, made me a big part of the process (which had not been the case with my first veneer) and was as nit-picky about my smile as I was. Worth driving from Brentwood, let me tell ya.
