After my appointment yesterday with Dr. West and staff I am not sure if I’ll return for future services or not. I left my appointment feeling unappreciated as a patient and all my services were rushed in the end due to poor scheduling. Much more can be said but I’ll leave my review short.

I've visited this location about three times over the last year and have had nothing but positive experiences with all staff. Had my teeth cleaned by two separate Hygienists, both were exceptional but Jasmine who took care of me on my last visit did the job with no discomfort inflicted. So, I've been here a couple times and have had great experiences. Mary & Jasmine are wonderful techs, both have cleaned my teeth. I've had the pleasure of both Carlos & Danny assist the dentist for my procedures. Dr West has a great "chair-side" manner. In fact, they all do, from the greeting at front desk to the end of my visit. I tell anyone who asks (and some who don't), this is a great debts office. Thanks

had a dentist appointment today and it felt super rushed and they didn't even really do anything. they cleaned my teeth and pushed me out the door. i requested xrays cuz my wisdom teeth have been bothering me and they did xrays but then didn't even say anything about them or give me a chance to ask about it. weird appointment

I hate leaving reviews.. but I’ve never in my entire life dealt with such a horrible provider! Dr. Anissa Burgess was one of my providers today - and she was extremely condescending and unsupportive of my primary dentist’s recommendation. I went in for a permanent crown adjustment after I saw my primary dentist and allowed him to evaluate it. I attempted to explain the clinical advice that I was given - and she abruptly interrupted me to inform me that if her practice determines that said work is needed, then they’ll do it. I then attempted to explain the clinical advice again, and she began to speak over me as if what I was saying wasn’t important. After requesting a new provider she stormed off and told the office manager that I was basically trying to determine my treatment. Thankfully Amy Lynn was able to come in and do the adjustment while being extremely supportive and explaining the steps I should take if I have any issues. If you choose this practice, then I recommend seeing Dr. Haggard, Dr. West, or Dr. Schmidt (I believe that’s her name but she was AWESOME). I believe that this practice is great and everyone else was very friendly, but that lady seriously needs coaching on being courteous to her patients!

Worse place to go. I was told to pay 1700 on top of my insurance and did. The next day was told to pay 600 more to finish up my payment. What a Joke! Do not tell one price then go up, because I could have only had Certain work done or even went a different plan..

They scheduled us when they were closed. #cute Alright I have updates. December was VERY busy for me, and I scheduled a few dentists appointments with other offices. I thought I canceled them, but I was nearly harrassed by "reminders" about my appointment. I did actually try calling to re-cancel. But to be fair, I forgot completely that I canceled to begin with, but no one answered -- I think it was lunch time. They reminded me again. So me and my husband went. They were closed. The system they were using to harass us they are trying to phase out... I guess I can see why. They are nice enough. But the insane harassment with the automated system, until they phase it out I wouldn't bother with them.

I called on Thursday December 29th because a crown fell out and I needed it recemented. I was scheduled by Emily for Saturday December 31st at 1pm. I confirmed with her the day and time. I came back from a VACATION in east TN EARLY to make this appoibtment to find out they are closed and no one is here. Me and another gentleman are both sitting in the parking lot as I am writing this review. I would say this is truly a zero star enounter with a business. There are few words to describe my frustrations right now. Cant make any judgement on the dentists here but this is a pretty easily avoidable issue... to schedule people when you arent open and that says a lot.

I had been in so much pain that I couldn’t even function due the pain being so bad. I called everywhere to get in on a Saturday. I even restored to the ER. My mother was able to contact and get me an appointment here and the dentist was absolutely amazing and so was the staff! I can’t even put into words how thankful I am that they were able to get me in and be so kind and get me out of pain. I definitely will be using them moving forward and I high recommend you see them as well!
