Dental Care of Veterans Parkway

Found this dentist shortly after moving here on an emergency basis. I cracked a crown and needed it replaced ASAP. Dr. Habib and her wonderful staff were so welcoming and efficient, I got in for an exam and was able to get my crown replaced quickly and painlessly! I will be a patient for life! Thank you Dental care of Veterans Parkway!

Talk about the best! I love Dental Care of Veterans Parkway the best experience that I ever had at a dentist office. If you’re looking for a Dentist to go to I highly recommend this one, you will not be disappointment. Matter of fact you will be so at ease that you will forget that you’re at the dentist.

The Team is wonderful, love how they do not rush you, explain everything. The dental hygienist Jordan was awesome, very thorough and gentle.

Excellent guys, I did love the treatment and they explained things to you. Parker was very sweet, Logan was very helpful when doing my exams because he explained what he was doing, doctor was also very nice and she addressed my concerns too, Yesenia was very sweet too and careful. 100% recommended.

Excellent first experience with dental care ty

The receptionist were alert and polite when I arrived. The assistant was polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The dentist explained to me what was needed to be done and my options to get it done. She was competent easy to talk to and expressed herself well.

Great place for dental work. I was in an out quickly for what i needed done. Team was exceptional and knows their profession.

Needed to pick up a custom ordered mouth guard, however they are only open during the hours that I work and also take lunch at the same time as mine. Yesterday, I got off a little early, called ahead said that I would be there at 5:01 and was instructed that would be okay as they still had a patient. Pulled up at 5:01, a girl in pink scrubs with dark hair sitting at the counter ran off and about 5 minutes later, a different girl who was blonde was crawling across the floor and peeked over the counter to see if I was still at the door. So, I took off work today to pick up my mouth guard and while I was there spoke to the practice manager. She immediately tried to say that the people I saw were cleaning crews. I told her that was weird because they were both in scrubs. Also I saw patient information (scheduling) was clearly on the computer screens (clear HIPAA violation). After that excuse did not work, she said that the employees are instructed to not open the door after close. This is completely acceptable and reasonable, but blatantly hiding, crawling around, and peeking over countertops is not acceptable or reasonable in any regard. All that needed to be said was they cannot open the door and they were sorry for the inconvenience. And again, all of this happened after being instructed it was okay to go there at that time to simply grab a mouth guard. VERY poor customer service and objection handling over these two interactions. Unless you expect a perfectly smooth interaction every single time, you might need to rethink where you do business because they are not equipped to handle any bumps in the road.

The staff at Dental Care of Veterans Parkway always take care of my dental needs. Parker and Alison are so helpful at the front, the assistants, and Dr. Habib make me feel so comfortable, and the hygienists are informative and always make my dental health their priority. They are all so friendly and welcoming. You can tell this practice truly cares about their patients, and I will definitely call this place my dental home!
