Dr. Frantz and his team are the best. Always receive the best care and advice. Recently repaired front tooth that I thought was unrepairable. Only Dentist that gave me cell phone and encouraged me to call after hours if needed. Thank you!

Dr. Franz is a wonderful dentist! I highly recommend! He is very conservative with a diagnosis and has some wonderful new technology! For anyone new to the area, I suggest you try him first!

Dr. Frantz and his wife Beth are absolutely fantastic. I have never been to a dental office that cared so much for the patients in AND out of the office. They have worked with me tirelessly to get me ready for my wedding day and have even gone so far as to offer assistance the day of if any dental emergency should arise. I have referred my soon to be husband here as well, he is prior military and has always had a fear of dentists (due to military dentistry in the past). After the first visit, I could tell immediately that he was taken care of. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dental care office that actually cares about your dental health and has total transparency with you as a patient.

David and Beth were so kind and put me at ease for my consultation. I had a very poor experience with another dentist and was very on edge, but by the end I felt confident that no unnecessary procedures would be pedaled in front of me. They operate their business with integrity and kindness, so I definitely recommend this dentistry!

The absolute best dentist I’ve been to. I don’t like going to the dentist but Dr. Frantz puts every worry to rest and explains everything to me. He never makes me feel like my little questions are unimportant or silly. Wonderful work and spectacular people.

Tennessee Valley Dental Care is incredible. Beth (receptionist), Dr. Franz (dentist), and Leslie (hygienist) work so great together as a team. They go above and beyond making you feel great and feeling safe. Dr. Franz has put in several (probably very expensive) upgrades in order to protect patients and deeply sanitize the practice. I've been going here for several years now and would recommend them to anyone I know!

I had an 8:00am appointment. At 8:30 the doors were still locked, I was out of time, and had to get on with my day. 😠

I've been going here for years! I really enjoy their attention to detail & care. I've been to many dentists since I was 4 yrs old and this is one of the best, if not the best! Both under Dr. Moody & Dr. Frantz. Staff is A1

Dr. Frantz and his staff listened as I asked them if they could help my elderly mother-in-law. She had been "burned" by other dentists many times in the past with her dentures and expensive estimates. She stated to me that she just wants someone to listen. They assured me they were not only willing to listen, but if she felt comfortable with them, they were confident they could help her. I expressed this to my mother-in-law and some months later she made an appointment. She might have cancelled it a couple of times! But she finally got in and she raved to us about how wonderful her experience was. Dr. Frantz was able to use her existing dentures and repair them. She can enjoy eating again! And of course this reflects well on us too.😀

Dr Franz was wonderful to come in on a Saturday and sunday to help my son even though he was not our regular dentist. I would highly recommend him and his office. We where blessed that he was there to help us and thankful for his great care.

I love going to see Dr. Frantz! He is highly-skilled, down-to-earth, and does great work. I really appreciate how he is conservative with his treatment recommendations. Leslie the hygienist is very gentle and through. Very happy with my care here.

Not only am I a patient at Tennessee Valley Dental Care, but I have had the honor of being able to shadow Dr. Frantz for many hours and I have witnessed firsthand how phenomenal of a dentist he is. He deeply cares for all of his patients and gets to know them personally, creating an environment where the patient feels important and valued. Have questions? Dr. Frantz will explain anything. He is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He takes the time to make sure the patient is comfortable and informed about their appointment. Dr. Frantz also makes sure that each patient is getting the best possible care and is content by the end of their appointment. Dr. Frantz is also accompanied by Lesley, who is such a great dental hygienist. Her work is amazing. She makes dental checkups a breeze with how careful and gentle she is while cleaning. Like Dr. Frantz, Lesley is very informative and passionate about her work and puts the patient first. Another wonderful member of Dr. Frantz's staff is his wife, Beth. She works at the front desk and is always cheerful and welcoming when you first walk in the office. She makes sure that patients begin and end their visit on a good note. Beth is very knowledgeable and makes understanding the financial aspect of the visit easy. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Tennessee Valley Dental Care. They are very compassionate people and always make you feel welcome and at home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Excellent dental office! This has been the best experience with dental care and dental work that I have ever experienced. Dr. Frantz for one, explains and takes time to make everything known and details everything that is going on and the reasons behind each procedure. I have never been so informed on what is needed, why it's needed or the alternatives. Everything is up front and never a long wait (actually have stayed late to accommodate my needs) Everyone in this office are welcoming and professional. Always are made to feel like this is the right choice for dental care. It never feels like an assembly line or dental mill just to get the next patient in the door and you out. The Hygienist Lesley is sweetest and very good at what she does and you can tell that she loves what she does! She takes her time and is very thorough with everything she does while taking care of her patients and knowledgeable on our hygiene needs. Love-Love-Love this office and all of the staff. Dr. Franz, Beth and Lesley are the BEST! You can't go wrong in choosing them for all of your dental needs. I Highly recommend Tennessee Valley Dental Care to take care of you and welcome you home to all of your dental care needs!

Out-standing professional and personalized service!

Absolutely wonderful staff. From the outside looking in, it looks like a run-of-the-mill dentistry, but the expertise that Dr. Frantz has on hand is staggering. I have yet to have anything resembling a bad experience. They are knowledgeable, patient, hard-working, and very empathetic to your needs. They also are very patient with payments, and are willing to work with you if you can't pay everything right then and there. I wish I could leave 6 stars!

All members are extremely nice and do a great job! Lindsey is fantastic and always cleans my teeth well and very gently! Great group!
