Courteous and professional staff. They were prompt , and do exceptional work. Fischer Family Dentistry is my go to for dental work.

The dentist, Mrs Fisher is amazing, but the office manager Carol is a rude and militant unprofessional hateful person, several patients have stop going there due to Carol!!! She really needs to learn customer service!!!! I hope Mrs Fisher realizes this soon before, she loses most of her patients!!!!

I had a crown put on just recently. The crown did not evenly go all the way around up underneath the gum line... So every time I eat on that side I have to get a toothpick and pick underneath the crown to get the food and debris out.. when I floss in between the teeth the dental floss breaks on the sharp edge that's protruding from the crown.. I went back and told the dentist, that I would like to just have her put some feeling into that area and maybe pack it up a little under the gum line so I don't have to keep picking food out... She wanted to charge me another $199 and treat it as a filling, instead of correcting her mistake.. I'm satisfied with some of the work that they do but it's as far as the crown goes totally dissatisfied.. I will now find another dentist too go to

Dr. Fischer is my main dentist and always gets the job done well. Every time I have a cavity fixed, the nerve wracking part of getting numbed up is never an issue! It never causes any pain and neither does the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Fischer for your main dentist! An established doctor who knows what she's doing and is good at it.

Last week I had my first dental appointment for 2 fillings with Dr. Mary Fischer, DDS in Aransas Pass, TX. Getting a shot in my mouth is not my favorite thing to do so I was a little nervous going to a new dentist. To my amazement, Dr. Mary delivered the deadening shot in my gum so skillfully that I never felt even the initial stick of the needle!!! This was a FIRST for me having spent many long, uncomfortable hours in a dental chair over the past 60 years!!! I simply love Dr. Mary and her very attentive and friendly staff. I also adored the little old home on Wheeler Road where she has housed her practice for over 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Mary and her staff in Aransas Pass, TX

She fixed my smile and was very gentle. The dental assistant was also amazing as she helped me through my anxiety.

I can't speak for the services of Dr. Fischer, but I have had the most difficult time with her receptionist, Carol. I followed her every instruction to have Dr. Fischer appointed as my daughter's main dentist, I get my member card in the mail, and she continuously speaks belittling to me as if assisting with appointments isn't in her job description. I am really just sick of it. Despite Dr. Fischer's reputation as an excellent family dentist, I would much rather go through the entire process of switching dentists all over again than deal with her rude receptionist. C'est la vie! Follow up: Carol has told me, repeatedly, that my daughter can't be seen because of an issue with her dental insurance's computer systems (as if this wild speculation is grounds to end the conversation), and yet, when I call my daughter's insurance provider, they tell me that everything is good to go and that the dentist's reception is to call them if they run into issues. I am very disappointed with the resistance I have been met with by Dr. Fischer's reception, and hope that this is not a common occurrence with families who are concerned about their children's dental health. I keep going back and I have a fear and distrust of dentists. Great staff and dentist. Fun and professional! Great job everyone!
