Another wonderful visit with Dr Patel, Jade, Kory, Sarah, Lucy, Tracy! Every visit a wow experience. Caring. She certainly has extensive experience and high manual dexterity. Proven herself a long term investment Always finding ways to save me money and stay within my insurance guidelines. Recently I had a root canal fearing the process as my canal had calcified making a normal routine a 4 hour process. Dr Patel never waviered in providing a higher standard of customer service. She took ownership saved me thousands of dollars performing a technical procedure normally completed by an orthodontist Still an Awesome staff! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I visited this clinic in October as a new patient hoping to get a regular cleaning before I was going to lose my dental insurance during a job transition. After taking X-rays I saw Dr. Nilam Patel and she refused to perform a regular cleaning because according to her I needed a deep cleaning and she informed me that I had 2 cavities. I have never had a single cavity in my life nor have I ever been told I needed a deep cleaning. The whole encounter made me feel so uncomfortable and worried I was being scammed that I left the clinic with only having my X-rays performed. Having recently re-obtained dental insurance, I was seen at another dentist's office today, had X-rays, a regular cleaning, and an exam and was told that I have great teeth, NO MENTION OF ANY CAVITIES at all. My recommendation? Go see a dentist that takes their hippocratic oath seriously because the lack of ethical, honest care here is quite frankly only beneficial to this dentist's wallet and not her patient's health.

If you’re currently checking the reviews, let my testimony be your sign to come to Floss and Gloss Dental! I have always hated going to the dentist! It was the fear of people being in my mouth along with the judgement. I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was in elementary school and I’m now 30 yrs old. I knew it was time to go to the dentist because I was not liking the way my teeth looked due to my own lack of not flossing regularly. I’ve had insurance for 5 years now and this is the year I finally sucked it up and decided to go! I choose this dentist because my bf had went before for an emergency tooth removal and I took note of the good service then, but they went OVER AND BEYOND on my first visit for myself! I was so impressed with the service from the very start of me calling to SET my appointment to the very end. They were so courteous, caring and willing to give me anything I needed! Dr. Nilam Patel is top tier! She immediately knew what I needed and didn’t try to sell me any extra services that I didn’t need. She kept me comfortable throughout the whole process. She was also attentive and knowledgeable. When I told her I hadn’t been to the dentist in years she didn’t guilt or shame me. She told me I came to the right place and she’d take care of me. And that she did! The staff was excellent, from the front desk, to what I believe are the dentist techs or assistants, were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door! I am very happy with my service and I have seen so much improvement with my teeth. I feel more confident in my smile which I thank Dr. Nilam Patel for that! I have no fear of going to the dentist which Is something I never thought I’d day! I can now go with absolutely no worries because I know Dr. Nilam Patel and staff will take care of me!
