Very fast and friendly service. I called to make an appointment thinking it would be a few days to get in and then another week of infection meds before doing a simple extraction for an exposed nerve (excruciating pain). Within an hour of that phone call I was walking out without any pain. Would recommend to any and everyone

Familia Dental consistently disappoints. I avoided them last year, but gave them another opportunity today and they failed miserably. In December of 2021I waited 3 hours in their office for a retainer for my upper teeth. After having to wait all that time off from work and such, I decided to not return. I made an appointment before the new year (2023). I planned my week around this appointment. I took off from work for this appointment. I arrived to my appointment. I paid for my retainer prior to being seated in the back. All for what? After waiting in the lobby and being seated in the back to be seen. They all of a sudden refused to help me because I didn’t have my braces done with them. I was never told this before, not even when I called to set this appointment last month. Today I was told I needed to be officially transferred to their office by my former orthodontist. Utterly ridiculous because my former orthodontist is deceased. I went to him 17 years ago, but I must be transferred by him some how. I explained this to them and they still refused to help me. I will never again return to this poor excuse of a business. Never again. They waist your time, are sloppy, and could care less. The staff turnover their is rampant and for obvious reasons. Save your time and money and find a more professional dental office.

Sat in the room for a hour only for her to tell me that I needed a root canal and requested someone from Midland. They have a sign in the waiting room that they do root canals, not a good place to go for a out of town worker
