I had a wonderful experience on my first visit. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait long at all. The dental assistant, I am not sure if that is the correct title, was very thorough and helped me feel at ease with every procedure she had to do. The doctor was very kind and explained what was going on with my teeth and what needed to be done where I could understand and be able to make decisions on what to do with confidence. I went in to have my dentures adjusted. As usual I was warmly welcomed by the staff and seen immediately. Dr. Lisa is a perfectionist (with dentures, that is a VERY good thing) and worked with me until they were just right. She is so kind and friendly that you actually look forward to going to the dentist; even through getting dentures they are so gentle there has been minimal pain. I can't think of a dental clinic I would recommend more highly.

Even after getting the dreaded news of a tooth abscess coupled with an impending root canal, I was so glad to have seen Dr. Lisa and staff on my visit. Not only were they able to get me in same-day when I called but when I got there (barely two hours later) she had already consulted my file so we could start looking into the issue. I feel Dr. Pete and Dr. Lisa both have excellent bed-side manner but she was genuine, caring, understanding, and helpful that I just appreciated it so much. I had considered going to an emergency dentist over the weekend but, by the time I checked out, I was so thankful to have waited just a bit to talk to those who know me well. Overall, fantastic experience and so thankful they are my dentists!

I have been a member of the BFD Family for over 19 years! Nancy, Dr. Pete and Dr. Lisa are genuine care givers! They connect with each patient and are never in a hurry to just get through the procedure. I have moved about an hour away about 12 years ago and I continue to drive to BFD b/c I believe that each member of the team really cares about me and I know that they extend that same sincere care to every patient.
