I highly recommed Dr. VILLARREAL. He is very knowledgeable & most importantly does not rush through treatments he cares about the patient and doing the job right! He is a dentist that does not create new problems on your teeth after treatment. (Communication is everything!) Dental hygienist (Brenda) took her time on explaining treatments to make sure I was knowledgeable about my dental health. Also takes time her time on cleanings! DOES NOT - rush treatments to get to the next patient. The staff is extemely friendly, professional, and helpful!

PATIENTS BEWARE: This place does not understand and or believe in the value of Customer Satisfaction. I had a terrible experience with some crown rplecements and fillings done at this facility. When I had the first issue with the unsatisfactory quality of the Doctors' workmanship. They totally denied to help me, and did not allow me to even speak with the Doctor. Was advised by a very disrespectful administrative lady to go back to the Veterans Administration because they no longer do business with the VA administration.I was suffering with an intense pain as a result of a filler that came off exposing some of my nerves, and just needed for them to look at it because the work was performed last year by Dr Villareal, and felt the need to go back to them because they are the ones who did the work, and responsible to address and correct the bad workmanship. Was in intense pain since Friday night , and They were closed the Next following Monday (Columbus Day), so got in contact with them the Next Day (Tuesday) to only tell me the situation explained above. I Will never allow this Doctor to touch my body again because I DO NOT TRUST HIM, for having such a team that does not care about their customer satisfaction. They only care about money and my perception, based on my experience, is this: If this is the way they treat United States Veterans, I wonder how they treat the customers that can not defend themselves due to language barriers and lack of resources.This place exhibits a high degree of " Bad Business Practices" and border Line - unethical. They did not care about the intense pain that I suffered for four days untill the VA was open on Tuesday, and took care of me.

Dr.Villarreal and his staff are AMAZING! Last Wednesday night my mother in law suffered a bad fall and hit all of her front teeth pretty badly. We contacted Dr.Villarreal’s office after hours and they quickly returned our call and set up an emergency appointment for Thanksgiving Day. Dr.Villarreal met us at his office at 8 am and was very kind and patient as he performed emergency treatment. He gave us detailed instructions on home care, answered all our questions and scheduled a follow up appointment in one week.
