Oh my gosh ! Everyone was sooo nice and made me feel so comfortable! I mean from the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. I have a lot of work to be done and was a little embarrassed but they just kept saying I’m so glad you came and we will get you all fixed up. The only thing I can say is it took a little while ( first visit ) but I didn’t mind so much because everyone was so nice. We just moved back to Brownwood and I’ve been to a few dentist but didn’t care for them and didn’t want my treatment done there. I’m pretty sure I just found my forever dentist office and I’m so excited about it !! 10 out of 10 I would recommend🤗.

The staff and doctor are very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. But I had purchased an expensive mouthpiece for my bruxism and they didn't call me when it came in and offered me only 1 early morning appointment to come get it or if have to wait another week for it. I have heart problems and early mornings are tough for me until my heart medication kicks in. But I'm going in the morning to get it so that my jaw will stop hurting. I'm disappointed that they had the appliance for almost a week and never called me to let me know.

If you chose Aspen Dental to go to for your care based of the online "pricing" you'll be walking out paying a lot more than what Is advertised. I called and asked about pricing for extractions. I was told $200 was max for an extraction that required surgery/grafting... I had 2 simple extractions and walked paying almost $500 out of pocket. I ONLY went to Aspen because of the pricing. Didn't even get a discount for paying cash or 20%off they claim to give you online. The doc was gentle with me and made it an ease to get my extractions ill give them that. Waiting was long in the chair but the doc was als running around trying to see everyone in an efficient time so I understand. When I received my treatment plan I went over it before I agreed to anything and saw multiple charges for things that was not nessecary. A $150 toothbrush? Yall need to fix your advertising!

An emergency situation for an 84 year old took way too long to get him in a chair for doc to look at him (an hour). By the time a decision was made, it was too close to closing time to do the extraction. He has to suffer ANOTHER 18 hours of pain and inability to eat (because of the pain). Getting in and out of his apartment, the car, the dentist office, the x-ray room, the examining room, back thru the office, back into the car, back into the apartment is really hard on him, physically. He's 84.

I had an appointment scheduled at 2 pm. I was here early for my appointment. It is now 2:50 and they have taken someone else back now twice before me and all they are telling me is that they are short staffed in the front or the back. I could have worked more than another hour before leaving for my this appointment. This is ridiculous! I sure hope their actual services are worth this because they have lost an entire families business if it isn’t.
