Great customer service

horrible business. Took my money instantly walking through the door. Then they told me they were running behind. 1.5 hours later finally got in. After procedure they rushed me out the door. No care package no follow up instructions and even worse. They never called in my prescriptions. So I had to go to ER for pain management. Buyer beware they're very shady here.

The manager is very unprofessional talks to customers poorly I will be reporting this to state board the told me over the phone how I need to show up whenever I’ve told them my work schedule just very rude do not recommend

The staff here, from the desk, the techs to the dentists I’ve had are very nice and informative. Anna was very engaging, Tiffany was probably THE most informative person I’ve met at a dental office and gave me so much background info, & Deidra ( hope I spelled everyone’s name correctly) was helpful and reassuring. Dr. Safari was pleasant and gave a few tips to ensure great dental hygiene at home. Dr. Durairaj is really good. You can’t go wrong with any of them in my opinion

Dr. D and her team are amazing. They were so good and kind to me with a huge problem of an abscess with 2 extractions and bone graft needed. I experienced very little pain. Dr. D is gentle and compassionate. I have found my dentist for sure! Thank you Dr D and team. You're the best!

I had chipped my front tooth. Called office and they got me right in. Dr. Durairaj did a wonderful job fixing that front tooth. She took her time and made it look perfect.

Received excellent work and detailed cleaning. Love the fact that they take the time to explain billing and procedure questions. The people that work here are friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to use their services.

I was so pleased and happy with this office! They fit me in quickly when I called for a dental emergency when a few others couldn’t get me in till the next week! They took care of checking everything with the insurance and got me back fast. They also work with you on payment options which was awesome! All the staff that I interacted with here were friendly and personable. They were diligent and really did their best work to get my issue figured out and get me out of pain. Definitely recommend them! Will be back for sure!

I had good service at the beginning as a new patient. The staff was friendly and they went over the approximate costs and benefits coverage for my procedure. However, after my last visit visit, (wisdom teeth extraction), I was dissatisfied with the overall communication and information provided by the team. I scheduled this appointment a month in advance and had to pay a "$100 holding fee" as an agreement to place my appointment AND I would be charged that amount as a cancellation fee if I did not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. They also notified me that the time for my appointment was changed a week before the actual appointment. None of these were issues for me. However, I was not provided a cost-estimate of my procedure PRIOR to my appointment. When I arrived, the front desk worker asked if I knew that I would be paying "X amount" today and I said "No." She seemed confused and attempted to look for the individual who "briefed" me on pricing, but she suddenly went quiet after scrolling for a few seconds on the computer. I ended up paying a large amount out-of-pocket and did not receive an apology or explanation for their failure to discuss benefits and payment options to me. I also found it odd that the majority of consent-of-procedure paperwork was done AT the clinic and not before, especially because the documents contained "initial and consent" statements that are pertinent to the patient's safety and knowledge of the procedure. A lot of this could have been mitigated with prior communication. I understand BOTH patients and the clinic have appointments, priorities, and things to do; however, I am disappointed in the response from the workers here. I received no explanation or apology. This isn't the first time a mistake happened. Prior to this visit, I scheduled a specific side of my mouth to have fillings done and there was a verbal confirmation at the front desk on which side would be completed and the cost, but there was some miscomm

Dr. Safari, Deirdre, Ana and the staff were great! Very prompt, professional and made the visit personable and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

My insurance changed so I came here for my biannual visit — I felt VERY deceived. I was told I had gingivitis and needed my wisdom teeth removed which I have never heard from my previous dentist. My coworker went here and received the EXACT same spiel. I will not be going back, please beware of scamming in this industry, it is very easy to do!!

Had a lot of fun and they did the best they could to make sure I was comfortable. Even when they swapped assistants I felt nothing changed and they both were awesome. Good conversations and good people. Thank you Dr. Safari, Ara, and Deidre for making my experience and exceptional one!

When it comes to first impressions, Bryan Modern Dentistry is by far the most impressive Dental office I’ve experienced. Check in was fast, and simple. I was seen not 5 mins after signing in, and during the lunch hour no less. Deidre was the tech/assistant that did my X-rays, and with her friendly, gentle, meticulous nature she made having those uncomfortable X-ray mouth guards in my mouth far more bearable. She was also very personable, and she put my mind at ease despite my apprehension about being seen for a chipped tooth. Dr. Safari was professional, yet he put things in a way that I could understand. He explained the importance of my situation And what I need to prioritize for my overall dental well being. It goes without saying that most people, myself included don’t enjoy making regular trips to the dentist office. I can however say without a doubt that because of the folks at Bryan Modern Dentistry, I will definitely be returning to them for all my dental necessities.

This office is so clean and organized. Dr. Safari was so caring and helpful as he did my cleaning himself and patiently explained that I needed a crown - which he proceeded to do immediately - no extra appointment needed. His assistant Deidre is knowledgeable and experienced, and she took good care of me. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I used to go to another Smile Generation office in San Antonio, and I will not go anywhere else.

We love Bryan Modern Dentistry! The staff is great and we get excellent care. We do applaud Deidre for her excellent care and concern.
