I went here for a general cleaning and exam I left with the doctor saying I need 9 cavities filled, a crown for one tooth, braces, and my wisdom teeth pulled. That would have came out to thousands of dollars out of pocket even with insurance so I went to another dentist and the tooth he said that I needed a crown for, my new doctor said I just needed it filled... She did recommend my wisdom teeth out soon but only if they were hurting since they aren't impacted, and I only had TWO large cavities and two small cavities she said the small ones would go away over time with a special medicated toothpaste. This place is sketch. Just be careful.

The most unprofessional dental office in Corpus Christi! This office is full of unethical, unprofessional and fraudulent practices. Ron Vantankah, office owner/manager is the epitome of unprofessional. I am a former employee who once trusted the practice enough to bring my family members to have dental work done at this practice. Because I chose to leave the toxicity of this practice and pursue better opportunity, Ron retaliated against my family member, banning them from the office for the sole reason of being related to me. My family member, who had a dental emergency and needed a limited exam, was denied an appointment with the Dr. who performed his dental work , unless he got a cleaning and X-rays done first so that way the office can collect as much insurance money as they can . If a patient presents with needing a limited exam- an adult prophy and X-rays are NOT NEEDED. A limited exam warrants a periapical film , nothing more. The audacity of this office to try to pocket some insurance money and deny care to my family member and a paying patient of the practice is beyond words. How this office is still open and operating is beyond me. I warn anyone who is considering coming to this office to receive care to stay far far away from this office. The office philosophy is not for the best interest of the patient. It is solely a business operation. Every patient walking into that office is seen as a transaction & opportunity to receive money. Patients are being charged for services that are not received. Patients are being treated poorly. Patients are being talked badly. Patients would be yelled at by the office manager. Employees are mistreated and spoken to badly from the office manager. When I was employed by this office I was fresh out of dental assistant school and was naive to a lot of behind the scenes things that were going on but as I continued my employment it became evident how terrible of a practice this office was and ultimately why I took my skill to a

It was my first visit And a lot more was required than what I said I needed when I made the appointment. They were up to the task. They were extremely courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the service and staff.

Great experience, supportive staff and thorough hygienist. My doctor is super at her procedure when working on my teeth. Great recommendations and following her advice to a clean and healthy smile. The staff made me feel comfortable and informed, which is very important to me.

This is one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy dental establishment I have ever visited. I advise whomever never spend your money or use your insurance here. The receptionist Julie has horrible customer service. Ron the supervisor has horrible customer service. Ron I believe is the owner of the dentistry. Beware of this place you will be disappointed by their service. If needed I can provide the recording of Ron cursing at me. I will report him and this place to the BBB. I hope this helps anyone looking for a denist.

This is a horrible place to visit for your denistry treatment. I called to discuss the horrible customer servivce provided by Julie the receptionist. She is a rude, disrespectful, lazy and irresponsible person. Also, I spoke with her supervisor Ron who is also a rude and disrespectful. Ron cursed at me for complaining about Julie and her behavior. I understand now why Julie acts the way she does. Ron's leadership is a reflection of Julie's behavior. Ron is not a professional and needs to rethink his approach when handling complaints with patients. This experience at advance dentistry is not acceptable for patients seeking treatment or anyone in general. If I could I would give them a zero rating if possible. Beware if you go there check your insurance provider because they will not. They will LIE and disrespect you. BEWARE!!!

Do not go here it is unprofessional. I went here to get a crown on my implant, I was told that a whole other tooth would need to be removed to have an implant put in by him. After seeing multiple things unprofessionally done (shots given without any numbing, The wrong parts ordered and put in my mouth) I decided to go and get a second opinion on this tooth. Not only did the first person I talked to say that tooth was perfectly fine I decided to get a third opinion who also agreed this tooth was perfectly fine. I was unable to get a refund from this office and given parts for my implant as compensation that we're absolutely pointless later on. All in all a waste of a lot of money and time off work.

OMG everyone was just amazing from the front desk to the drs. I am so scared of dentist and my visit today was not the case. I just couldn’t afford it and I had insurance but at this time it was too high. Thank you to all the staff for a visit I remember for a lifetime. Pam

I was welcome with a smile by everyone. They were are so sweet. I was scared but it was a very awesome visit. They took my tooth out and all is going well. I have bad anxieties. But they helped me calm down. Really were nice. Thank you!

This is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I had an abscessed tooth and they got me in immediately and got it taken care of.

This is a very unprofessional place that is very money hungry and has shady practices you can even tell how out dated the place is with old dental equipment and tooling they need to re-evaluate their motive of how to run a professional business be prepared to be asked for money up front without a plan and then charged more than told. Steer clear!

The dentist was very rude and unprofessional. He was cussing at my husband and completely rude for no reason. Never displayed any sympathy when my husband simply asked questions regarding his procedure. Even if it was a distraction to help the process and distract my husband from the pain it was completely out of line. The staff was amazing and no complaints towards them. Even the dental assistant seen how ridiculous the dentist was. Highly wouldn’t recommend!!
