It was such a lovely experience being to this dentist clinic. The entire place is well maintained and the staff are very welcoming and helpful with everything. I was explained all of the necessary treatments and what was covered by my insurance and what wasn’t. As someone who gets extreme dental phobia and anxiety, the staff and the receptionist - Yelena made me feel so comfortable and at peace! Once again thank you so much Dr. Varghese and the sweet dental hygienist for providing such an amazing treatment with so much compassion and genuine care. They periodically checked up on me and made sure I was doing okay. I appreciate you guys for taking good care of me. 100% satisfied with this place!!!!

1-11-23 had a wonderful cleaning with Hygienist nickname Court. Nice greeting & gave me a good report card which made me feel good. I came back @ 2 for crown given by Dr Kaur, this Dr is a perfectionist, very calm speaking & I was comfortable. I praise her for giving a shot I didn’t feel. If it wasn’t for drilling I almost fell asleep. I was in good hands. Thanks to entire staff.🙏🏾

Amazing! I am one who has the highest anxiety when it comes to any kind of dental work. Plus I hate laying flat for long periods due to vertigo and getting dizzy. So she offered a pillow, let me take breaks in between to sit up and was always so patient, tentative and sweet! So understanding when it came to my requests and made sure i was completely comfortable the entire time! Great staff all around. And if you need a chip tooth repair she is the best at making your temp look just like your real tooth. Ive went to several places before and they did horrible matching my tooth, but she almost had me in tears with how good it came out. Best dental place hands down!!! I left my appointment at Williams Dental Care happy and well pleased. The entire staff had a part in leaving a good impression with me. I mention the staff, as a whole, because I first contacted the facility via phone to ensure they accepted my insurance. The phone receptionist was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything I needed to know, from the acceptance of my insurance to documentation that needed completion prior to my appointment, was provided. That was definitely a plus because it vastly streamlined my check-in. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly greeted by name (although I had not stated who I was), and informed that I would be seen shortly. I was made to feel as though my business was appreciated. After I was summoned, and seated in the examination room, the dentist assistant thoroughly explained to me everything that was to transpire. She handled me with care while preparing me for the dentist. The dentist did not disappoint. She was just as thorough as her staff, explaining everything to me, even to the point of providing a mirror so that I could observe what was going on in my mouth as she worked. I literally could go on and on with praises, but I will make this review short, and end by saying that Williams Dental Care is now the only office I trust with my dental needs. The entire staff provides an unsurpassed amount of customer service.
