What a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had a full cleaning done and some cavities filled in and they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Everyone here is supper helpful and dedicated to making a difference. I will definitely be coming back, in order to gain that perfect smile. Thank you to everyone there!

Brianna, the manager at Brident Dental & Orthodontics Dallas TX 75211, is the most proficient business manager in dental services that I have experienced in over 60 years of living in four other states. Brianna provides outstanding customer service, fully understands Brident policies, is an excellent communicator, runs an efficient and effective office, and is technically savvy. This Brident office is high tech and the dentists are outstanding. It is a pleasure to be a patient of Brident Dental of Dallas 75211 and to experiene the caring services provided by Brianna.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They are duplicitous and harassing! I have told them that I am not the person they are looking for, but they keep calling me for this person. They are very rude and clearly have forgotten the laws set out by FDCPA! I am going to report them properly!

Today l had major work done, and l was extremely nervous 😓 But they were very patient with me, they calmed my fears 😨 ånd after sedation, that was a wrap. ( They're a magical team ). ✨️ Great job!👍 Good work 👍 👍 Regina

Northwest Highway location I started this journey with the male Dr. Just needed a deep clean. I was surprised this was done with the Dentist and not a hygienist. I was also surprised my mouth was numbed with injections and not just topical... we only did half my mouth. I'm told you have some gum disease and they try to sell me 1400 dollar mouth tray thing. No thank you. They let it go. I cone back a few weeks later for the other side of my mouth. First off my appointment was at 9 am. The office was still closed the staff did not arrive till 10 minutes after 9! This is unacceptable for one. The Dentist this time was a lady. Here is my issue mouth not numbed enough before procedure began. When I raise my hand to indicate this is to much pain I'm told again how I need to buy the 1400 dollar kit. I felt so much pain I just wasn't going to say anything else I just wanted it to be over. My gums hurt so bad now, they didn't feel like this with the other half. I felt like I was being hurt on purpose. I will not return. I was already over looking the location and the extremely dirty parking lot. I have had many deep cleans over the years and this was by far the worst. Also my insurance says I should have owed 98 dollars why did I pay 156. I'm just walking away.

There is a indian Lady Dr. Grade who is really great at her work, if you wanna focus on certain teeth, she does really nice work on it. I am glad Dr. Grade and Brianna worked my teeth that I firmly requested than the other teeth. Dr. Grade understand patient request and gives you future suggestion for your teeth. So I am glad that I got my teeth done with her plus front desk receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you bringing smile.

Dr. Jepsen is AMAZING! Not only did he make me feel comfortable when getting my service he took the BEST care of my 8 year old niece. She was terrified of dental work and he made her so comfortable and was just absolutely wonderful with her. I recommend this place 100 times over. Thank y'all so much for keeping us in pretty smiles! ❤️

I visited the office located 2750 W Northwest Hwy #210, Dallas, TX 75220. Upon my arrival i was welcome in and greeted. Everyone was so friendly. Geronimo was so informative and caring. The doctor and all staff were great. This was just what i expected. I will definitely refer friends and family. Thank you all for being so great!

This Dental office is in the Webb Chapel/ Northwest Hwy area. If your not paying attention you can easily overlook it. Even though the location is not ideal,being that it is upstairs,it is a clean and organized office. I was very cautious entering,not really knowing what to expect,but my worries were gone as the appointment continued. I was very impressed with how the assistant (front desk),was polite,and took the extra time to explain my payment options and what and how needed to be done. Overall,the Dental assistants,and Dental doctor was very professional and able to give me the confidence to go forward with future appointments.

The team at this location worked as a team and were very professional and caring about how my pain levels and comfort zone were! From the beginning calling setting my appointment to actually arriving at the office meeting competent patient professional staff at the front and as well as the doctor in the back and his assistants I was very impressed. Both the dentist today and his assistant Eliana especially she actually took time and explained what I was wanting and let me know what could be done. The dentist was very calming and patient in explaining about my dentures and also assuring me that the best will be done for what I wanted as much as they could on their end and also letting the manufacturer know exactly what I was looking for took pictures and all. I was so impressed I would suggest if you have children please take them there I know that they will have excellent care and because babies don't like dentists but I believe they will feel really good going there with this staff. Yes I'm going to miss them once my procedures are done😁🙌🏾
