Update: Good response from Dr. Lewis. However, in my case I was the first appointment of the day and was not notified there would be a wait. Unfortunately, the actions described in the response were not executed in my experience. To be fair I never met Dr. Lewis. I waited a few weeks to be the first appointment of the day. After arriving on time, I waited 30 minutes and then decided to leave since I had other meetings I could not postpone. Hope they do a better job of scheduling/operations for others.

Ima give her a 5 star because she treated me like I was her family. I explained my past experiences and she made sure I didn’t go through those same experiences. She talked to me during my extraction and assured me that I’m in Safe hands. I drove from Austin to see her because her non insured patients are not paying a arm and a leg for HELP( something we all need ) . I’m definitely going back to her for future help .

I've been going to doctor Lewis and her father since the 70's . Never had a bad experience. fixing to make an appointment some time this week for another tooth pulled . I just wish i would of taken her advice thru out the years i would of had better teeth today instead of pulling them out every time I've seen her .

This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. One of Dr. Lewis colleagues completed 4 fillings. The procedure was very painful. Keep in mind, my teeth did not hurt prior however I was told I needed to have these done in order to get braces. After the procedure, every tooth had an ache in it which made no sense because I walked in pain free. I was not able to chew food at all. It felt as if the teeth were drilled down however only partially filled, causing food to hit the nerves. I went back to get the fillings corrected and unfortunately was seen by the same dentist (the only one who was available) and yet again the same effect. After weeks of being able to barely eat, I scheduled a consultation with a highly rated dentist to get the filling repaired properly. Shockingly the X-rays and exam revealed gaps and holes left in between the filling and tooth for each one that was done. In turn this botch job left my teeth exposed (the reason for the extreme pain and not being able to chew on them). I am now having to pay out of pocket to have the work redone however I would pay a million dollars before I ever go back to that dental office again!
