Book online for an appointment…website kept having tech difficulties so I just called and the time I chose that was given to me by selecting new patient and insurance I cant have then it should not be an option. First impression was not the best

I've waited a while to write this, just to be sure that everything associated with my visits remained positive in the long run... My experience with this office began with waking up one morning and discovering that half of a back molar had split off down to just above the gumline (and I had swallowed the fragment in my sleep). I hadn't been to a dentist in a number of years so I needed to find a provider who accepted my insurance ASAP. Ideal Dental and Dr. Hoang worked me in very quickly and I had my temporary done in less than two days. My permanent crown came in a week and a half later and all is still good two months later. Staff was courteous and professional, I had none of the admin issues mentioned in other reviews. Will be back in a year for my checkup!

I've seen a number of other reviews sharing how this dental office scammed their patients out of money, and I have to share a similar story. While Dr. Hoang is a good dentist, the practice has lots of miscommunication and will gladly cost their patients hundreds of dollars for their mistakes. They offer free teeth whitening, which I wanted to take advantage of, and I was assured by the receptionist that I will not be charged for my teeth whitening, as it is covered by my insurance. I came in a couple days later for my appointment, and was asked to sign a consent with no discussion for what the process would be like, quickly being ushered to start my session, leaving me no time to ask questions. After I was done with my session, the receptionist said I was good to go but called me 20 minutes later threatening to call collections for not paying for my session. I quickly came back and asked for a clarification why I was being charged $300 for something I was assured would be covered by my insurance, because I would not have opted for this if I had to pay such a hefty fee. I was told that the original receptionist made a mistake and that it would actually cost me money, which I would not have consented to. They hid information and acted in a predatory manner to charge me for a process I never would have agreed to if I had they had done the medically ethical thing and explained the process to me. Do not go to this place if you don't want hidden fees and a lack of communication. These people are scammers.

*Update on my over priced crowns. One of them broke apart, so I've had to come back to this office and get my teeth fixed... again. Got a temporary one from the hygienist that came off two days afterwards. Had to go back again, this time the hygienist was cleaning my teeth whilst digging her thumb nail, which was too long for this type of work, into my upper gums/lip. She said sorry, I know you're not numb. Meaning, for her it's okay for her thumb nail to poke customers when their numb. It's just so unprofessional and disgusting. I left mad, again! Corporate places like this are the reason people drive to Mexico to get their dental work done. I would have never gone here, but the new dental coverage my company switched to, listed this place as Midway Crossing Dental. I only realized it was Ideal when I drove up to the door. Turns out I'm spending $300 more than I would have at my old dentist because of ADD ON charges. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get in a chair. Also, found out that they can't keep dentist's. The one I saw had only been there a month. After I got home, I started reading some of the comments... it's funny how many people said they where told that they had 3 cavities. I was also told I had 3 cavities. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this place. Or any other ideal dentist office. Dental work is expensive as it is... Without having to pay for the ceo's bonus check.

I got an appointment the next day. The whole process was great, from check-in to check out. I appreciate the honest Communication with the doctor as well as the insurance liaison. Then the entire staff was very friendly.

Never notified to pick up invisalign in the office, but happily took our $4k. Requested a refund back in early December for the year we paid this off without realizing what we were paying for. Called twice for a refund & emailed, still have yet to receive an update or notification. Hopefully no one else needs a refund; otherwise, good luck on getting your payment back.

Always a great experience.the customer service and care the staff gives will keep you coming back for years. The only people i trust with my smile 😁.

Gabriel was there today and he said he loved it everyone was nice especially the Orthodontist Dr.Petersen and the front desk Her name is Shelby. So he’s excited to get his braces…….😁😁

Just had a cavity filled today. Dr Hernandez and Mary were great. Dr Hernandez was constantly checking to see if I was ok. Great chair side manner.

Amazing staff! Very thorough cleaning and the Dr was so pleasant! We left this location under the old management but glad we returned!

Ideal Dental Midway Crossing is a wonderful dental facility. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable, explain everything and are very professional. I highly recommend using this office. We are switching our whole family to using them.

I hate going to the dentist (I can’t say I know anyone who actually enjoys it), but Ideal Dental makes it painless, in more ways than one. My schedule doesn’t allow for weekday visits so their Saturday hours are so convenient! The space isn’t intimidating, everyone is super friendly, and I will keep going here for all of my dental needs! Can’t say enough good things about Ideal Dental of Midway Crossing!!!

It had been years since I had gone to a dentist. Friendly atmosphere, very open communication with procedures and safety! Will be an on going customer after today May 7th, 2021!!!

Front desk guy and girl were very nice and knowledgeable. The dentist and assistant did not rush over my issues, they gave a great breakdown of all of the issues with my teeth and put me at ease. Will be coming back soon.
