Dr. Long is simply one of the best in Dallas. I had an implant done and it was virtually pain free.. very nice people there!!

Dr Mugianto is awesome and made an emergency root canal completely tolerable. All of the staff is top notch.

The best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Victoria, Natalie, Ashley and Doctor Long were great! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to all my friends.

I went today for my 6-month cleaning and they put me back in a room and left me there for an hour and 15 minutes. Finally a young doctor came in and discovered I was in the room and apologized all over herself for the mistake. I'd even popped my head out at one point and asked to use the restroom. When she finally started doing my cleaning, the receptionist popped her head in the room to warn the doctor "he's cash" as if that was a red flag! The doctor stopped the cleaning so that we could clear up my payment before proceeding. After making me wait so long they did give me the cleaning for free because it seems silly to be sitting there for this amount of time. But I'm going to be moving to another dentist in the future.

Very upstanding workers. The office is clean an appointments are very quick. They are so gentle when dealing your mouth an teeth. Doctor is very caring of her patients. I couldn't picked an better Dentist. They met all the needs of appointment scheduling to your needs.

I have been going to this location for many years and I have to say that after today’s visit I will not be going back again. I had never felt discomfort or pain from a cleaning ever. The person who did my cleaning today seemed to have a very strong hand - because it was super uncomfortable and even painful at times. I have been going to the dentist regularly since I was a kid and never felt discomfort or pain during a cleaning. I have no issues with my teeth that cause any pain or discomfort - she was just being super rough and used a lot of strength when cleaning my teeth. I could even taste the blood because she was so rough - not going back again.

The customer service to the dentist was an enjoyable experience. I loathe the dentist and they made sure I wasn't scared and in no pain

was waiting for over an hour and no work was ever done. eventually left because it was a complete waste of time. Totally inconsiderate and unacceptable.

Dr Mugianto spent the time needed to create a plan for needed treatment and answered all my questions. His entire team is delightful and professional. Great cleaning!!

My usual location is ideal dental Addison, but I came to uptown for an emergency procedure and I was reminded why I love Ideal Dental!! They treated me so well and took care of all my needs and made sure I was comfortable during my extraction!! Great team !

I have been this provider in the past, and was satisfied enough to go back again. Maybe it is my fault that I went back after I got the appt time mixed up by 30 mins, and was scolded and treated poorly for the confusion. But I did go back an hour and a half later. It felt the tech taking X-rays was on her first day, or because she was attempting to do so from behind me at arms length away she couldn’t get the thing in my mouth properly. I finally asked if someone else could try. The Doctor himself was very pleasant and answered my questions that I had at the time, and understood he would come back with the plan, 1.5 hours later it was the patient care coordinator with a grudge of my tardiness. I received a treatment plan of $10,000 and was willing to move forward but wanted more details to how I could leverage a $2500 insurance benefits for this year and the $2500 for next year, unfortunately she wasn’t interested in helping create a path forward, neither was her office manager who seem inconvenienced by my request to ask basic questions like which tooth exactly is #4.

Dr K is very kind and gentle! The staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Ideal Dental Uptown!!!

Fonville was there, it was a Much better practice) Staff is friendly, however, I’ve had dental work done here and being told I needed things more often than at any other dentist I’ve been to over the years. When I was told I needed a root canal and a crown that day for a tooth that had no pain, I told them I would get another opinion. I went to a renowned dentist in North Carolina and was told I didn’t need a root canal, and every check up still, same story. I’m so glad I stopped going to this dentist. My new dentist doesn’t exaggerate and push unnecessary and expensive dental procedures on me. Also a crown I had done here years ago didn’t fit properly and was ground down to the point it is nothing like my original tooth. Made me wonder why they took a cast of the tooth, only for me to end up with a pretty horrible crown. Luckily it isn’t visible, but it’s in my mouth and annoying. But at least they’re friendly. Friendly 5 stars, dentist I trust, zero stars. Just doing, in my opinion, a lot of unnecessary fillings and root canals and crowns to make money.

Friendly and efficient! I’m and out in under an hour. Also a few years ago they suggested a preventative treatment and I haven’t had a cavity in 6 years.
