I recently had a dental appointment at my local dentist, and I must say, it was a great experience overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They made me feel at ease and comfortable, which is always a plus when visiting the dentist. The waiting area was clean, well-lit, and had comfortable seating. I didn't have to wait long before I was called in for my appointment. The hygienist who attended to me was very thorough and gentle. She explained every step of the process and answered all my questions. She also took the time to give me some tips on how to maintain good oral hygiene. When it was time for my checkup with the dentist, he was equally welcoming and professional. He took his time to examine my teeth, and he was very patient with me when I expressed some concerns. He explained everything in detail and gave me some recommendations on how to improve my dental health. Overall, my dental appointment was a great experience, and I would highly recommend my dentist to anyone looking for quality dental care. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the dental care I received was top-notch. I will definitely be returning for future appointments.

Their communication is absolutely awful. Went for dental implant consultation, was told I'd hear back in a week, called 3 weeks later, called a month and a half later, finally received email telling me he couldn't do it after giving me a false sense of security just strung me along for 3 months while my mouth got worse. Told me not to do 24 hour implants then recommended me to a 24 hour implant dentist, refused to take my call or call me back with an explanation.

My husband and I have both been long time patients of Dr. Aly Sergie. We are both so very impressed with his professionalism, meticulous detailed diagnoses and treatment, and the overall efficiency of his office.
