I was referred here to get some trays. I got my impressions done and my insurance paid over 2k in order to get my trays through Invisalign. I have called multiple times and I just get the run around. It's been more than 2 months at this point. I will be requesting my money back at this point. This doctor has been avoiding me. A decent person would tell me directly what happened with my case or at least give me money back. Do not come here, this dentist is unprofessional and only wants your money.

Easily the best experience I've had with any Dentist... and all medical related practices for that matter. I was in immense pain from an infected root canal gone bad from a prior dentist. Sandy was extremely empathetic and her and Dr Kachepa squeezed me in 45 minutes later right before the holiday weekend for an emergency operation. They are angels who truly care. I wish all medical practitioners worked in this manner and cared as much Inwood dental; the world would be a better place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

I highly !!! Recommend Dr.K . I hadn’t had a dental cleaning in 10 plus years since I had braces due to not having dental insurance and I was terrified . I still had glue from my braces 10 years ago :( I was constantly hiding my smile :/ today he made my teeth sparkling clean and white , no more glue !! Couldn’t be more excited . My deep clean was well worth it. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way , I was never an inconvenience every time I’d flinch or turn cause I was nervous lol .
