The Professionalism and courteousness of the whole team at JDO Pinnacle park location is second to none ! I have lots of anxiety about going to the dentist but after this visit, I have become an advocate. To begin with office staff is incredibly friendly as you come in the door. Vas and Leslie, the office managers were extremely helpful for any or all questions I had. My dentist Dr. Sachi Chawla was very knowledgeable, empathetic and great at educating oral care to her patients. She took the time to fully go over my dental health, presented several options on how to improve my teeth and put together a great treatment plan that fits me. I highly recommend her. Isabel, the hygienist that did my cleaning is the best hygienist I’ve ever been to. She was very gentle and personable. In addition, I had a consultation with Dr. Lin who is a very seasoned orthodontist at JDO, and he took the time to truly explain what was going on based on the imaging and his findings. Altogether, I am so happy to be a new client here and would highly recommend this dental office!

Lots of respect to Dr. Lin. He is a very busy guy. Despite this, he takes his time to address every tooth. He doesn’t rush you. He is honest and wants the best solution for you. Danny hooked up my top braces. He was satisfied with his work so I was good. The MVP today was María. She helped us get the best treatment for the best prices. It’s always good when you have a team that serves your best interest. Keep up the great job. Y’all will see my face and teeth frequently, so..I leave with a smile 😃

Great dentistry! They are very transparent, which I greatly appreciate! They did what they could to meet me where I am at financially, and gave me multiple options of treatment. I will be back!

Yesterday was my first time to Jefferson Dental & Orthopedics facility. I will absolutely recommend people to come and visit with Dr. SACHI CHAWLA who has been very helpful, patient and particularly in me with exextrating my tooth.

Was please with customer service office personal and staff was very nice except when it came to me being able to pay for cleaning only of 220 and not the antibiotic service which I could not afford of over 2000 I was told they would not just do the deep clean without the antibiotic powder was not pleased with this I feel as if I should have been able to pay for what I wanted which was a deep cleaning . I left because I could not get the deep clean without the antibiotic powder the dental hygienist said no. I could not get what I could afford to pay did not want to be on a 2000 payment plan because I am not employed and my husband is on a fix income.

Poor service. Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning for 2/11 10:00am. We arrived by 9:30 due to husband having ortho appointment to get braces. 11:00am and I have not been called for my cleaning, was told by receptionist that it is still a 45 minute wait due to them being backed up. Very unprofessional, my time should be respected as I respect theirs. Husband was able to get his braces placed this day but my general cleaning could not… tells you what services and clients they prioritize $$$.

I always have a fear of the dentist and haven’t been in years. Everyone here was incredibly nice and welcoming. I did let them know that I was nervous and hate being there. They made every step of my visit pleasant.

Front desk was real help full vas was really nice and dr.chawla was a professional n really nice

I’ve been going to this dentist for over a year and I love it. The staff is so pleasant and they are very quick and thorough with their work. I’m glad I was recommended to come here. Dr. Lin has definitely fixed my teeth, thank you so much!

The waiting time is terrible really unorganized. I got my dauthers braces her so I’m stuck for another 7 Months . I wouldn’t recommend this place .

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled at 1615 for a general cleaning. Saw the doctor and hygienist (X-Rays and Exam). No cavities. Everything looked great. I was told their manager was coming in to speak to me about price. At 1730, Vas (their manager) came in to tell me I would need to re-schedule my cleaning to another day and time because they have one hygienist and she would be taking a long time with another patient. I didn’t understand why I would be inconvenienced by scheduling another appointment, she restated it was because it’s the end of the day, the hygienist was with another patient, and their office was closing. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and was told their corporate phone number is not working and she would send an email on my behalf. If I didn’t have braces I would never come to this establishment ever again.
