These doctors are AWESOME!!! I have always had excellent experiences here. When I first became a patient, I had a moderate amount of dental fear. Dr. Trieu was so compassionate and gentle, she quickly gained my trust and made me feel comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. Latham is also excellent! Both doctors are more conservative, so when they recommend treatment, I know they're looking out for my best interests rather than looking for money. They both impacted my life so much, it set me on my own journey to becoming a dentist. Thank you so much, LLDA!

I can’t recommend this office enough! I had a cleaning/new patient appointment with hygienist Michelle and Dr. Trieu, and I can’t emphasize enough how skillful, knowledgeable, and kind they both are. Michelle was extremely detailed but gentle with the cleaning. She’s super friendly and communicative. She always made sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed breaks, and explained everything she was doing as she did it. I made sure to schedule my next cleaning with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who doesn’t love getting their teeth cleaned. Dr. Trieu was great too! She was very detailed with her exam and captured notes on individual teeth. She clearly differentiated between teeth she wanted to continue monitoring vs those that would benefit from immediate follows ups. And even so, she didn’t pressure me to make that appointment then and there. I can tell that Dr. Trieu really cares about the long-term health of her patients, and she has such a compassionate approach. After my appointment, the front staff were helpful and efficient in checking me out and scheduling my follow up. They also provided an estimate for my next appointment, so I know what to expect. All in all, it was a great experience!

The best 2 dentist in Dallas! They do quality work with very thoughtful explanation of services needed and manage pain well so getting work done is a breeze! I can honestly say I love going to the dentist!

In the summer of 2020, this practice was unlawfully charging patients with PPE fees and Cancer screening fees without notifying them ahead of their service. They would check during your regular standard cleaning and say they have checked for cancer and then added a $40 charge on your bill, as well as charge us for the office's PPE. I had to manually request the cancer screening of $40+ to be removed from my basic cleaning bill back in 2020 and recently had to dispute a $10 PPE charge now in 2022. They have been billing me $10 for 2 years, even after calling them and trying to come to a resolution several times. The office clerk was extremely rude and was stating how it was only $10 and not a big deal. I responded that they have been billing me for over 2 years for that $10 charge so it sounds like it's a big deal to Lovers Lane Dental. They also have removed the PPE charge as of today, so it was a charge only for a few months that they removed as of late, however they were refusing to remove a charge from 2020. I highly recommend the Office Staff look into their policies and notify patients of the extra money they have to pay before they bill the patients with charges that they never signed off on. Please don't allow dental offices to get away with charging you "Office Fees" and move to another dentist that is honest and respectful to their patients.

Will waste your time. I wouldn’t trust them with the care of my teeth based on my experience. Managed by Josie O, who chose not to sell me unregulated bleaching gel (that can be purchased from Amazon) after I’ve purchased it at the location before. Then after calling the West Davis Dental location and them specifically telling me that they could indeed sell me the gel without being a patient, i drove 30 minutes in traffic only to be sidelined by Josie O, who wouldn’t authorize the transaction. I ended up buying a stronger, better gel though Amazon prime, for far less, without having to deal with people with gate keeper complexes, withholding unregulated teeth whitening gel.

The office was beautiful and the staff was kind, but my husband and I had a really poor experience billing wise. We have dental insurance with aetna (large insurance), but were not told they were out of network with aetna. Our plan started paying less for this dentist after our first couple of visits, but it took an additional 3 visits for us to get a bill showing that we owed most of the cost of 4 previous visits. So we are now stuck paying for the cost of 4 visits on top of our monthly insurance coverage. There was no communication or working with us to lower the overall cost. In our strong opinion, they should have communicated the outstanding balances in the visits prior to us getting the large bill, but unfrotunately they did not. Long story short, they are out of network with most plans. Check coverage and do not expect them to be upfront with expected patient responsibilities. Unfortunately, we will be finding a new dentist.

Great place! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you receive excellent service with a smile. The staff are all friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional! I never thought I’d ever say this, but I actually enjoy going to the dentist, thanks to this staff! Dr. Trieu is the BEST!

I recommend that you get a second opinion. Dr Trieu will find many issues and most are not necessary. I had an infected root canal which needed to be removed. I discussed this with her, an endodontist and an oral surgeon. Instead of removing, they did a re-do The infection has remained there for years and I have suffered. She did two crowns on my teeth and numbed the top and bottom of my mouth only to discover the crowns were not in the office. I was in the chair over 2 hours and in pain for days after that. She also did excessive work on my daughters teeth. Please get another opinion

Love Lovers Lane Dental Associates!! Dr. Latham found an obscure problem with my tooth and I was able to get it fixed before it became a larger problem! Highly recommend!! Everyone is friendly and the office is beautiful. Great service :)

I LOVE Dr. Trieu! I haven't had dental work since I was a teenager so I was very nervous. Not to mention I have extremely hypersensitive teeth, so even cleanings bother me. So I was terrified when I found out I had to have a crown. Dr. Trieu was so understanding, gentle and compassionate. She didn't start working until I was completely numb and even massaged my jaw when it would lock up. I am very lucky to have her as my dentist.

One of the best dental offices in Dallas. Dr. Latham is wonderful and her staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They just moved into a brand new office near Trader Joe's on Walnut Hill, just west of Central. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to take care of their teeth.
