Dr. Nguyen is seriously the best. I moved out of state and a new dentist wanted to do a crown over one of the inlays from Luxe Dental. I knew that was an extreme and expensive option. I contacted Luxe Dental and they were so fantastic. They told me next time I was in Dallas they would get me in to see Dr. Nguyen and if there was an issue she would fix it. She ended up redoing my inlay for free to make sure there weren't going to be future issues. It was worth the flight back just for the peace of mind. Now, when I can, I'll be coming back to Dallas for my dental care.

The office is really nice, but the service is mostly about making money than doing what is best for their clients. They want you to do exams (with xrays) two times per year. For a person with healthy teeth, that is not required. They were rude when I said I only wanted a cleaning upon my second visit because I just had had the full exam and xrays done 6 months prior. They also try to convince you to have work done that is not necessary - they advertise as preventative. Most dentist are more careful and prefer to wait. I said no to two 'preventative' procedures. Recently went to a different dentist and was told everything looks good - no work needed. Unfortunately my partner did a 'preventative' procedure at Luxe only to have them mess up his tooth. He went to another dentist who said what they did was unnecessary and now he will likely have to have a root canal in the next year or two.

I had a bad experience at Luxe Dental with Dr. Tracy Nguyen. She made some really negative comments about my teeth, even though they're actually in good condition. It was really off-putting and made me not want to go back. I would recommend requesting Dr. Ji Loh instead. He was much more professional and didn't make any offensive comments.

No one likes the dentist… Until Luxe Dental!! Everything about this office was FIRST CLASS!! Will definitely make this my home dental office!

Whether you have dental work needing to be done or not, they will prioritize your needs and health above all else. I’ve bounced around to a couple different dental offices and no one else compares to the level of expertise, professionalism, & respect shown at Luxe. They truly go above and beyond to serve their patients and ensure comfortability throughout your visit and don’t try to push any sales or services on you. Run, don’t walk to Luxe- it will be the best decision you’ve ever made for your oral health!

Best dentist I've had. The entire team is top notch. Laura Lee who manages the books is just fantastic. Great, caring group who does efficient work at a good price. Couldn't recommend enough.

The whole practice at Luxe is great, from appointment setting, cleaning, dental work, and the staff. This is state-of-the-art dentistry where there is no pain, quick onsite 3-D creation of fillings and crowns, and gentle, friendly people. Highly recommended!

Love Luxe Dental. Had various terrible experiences at other highly advertised dentist chains (Mint - every time there was a discussion of an unnecessary filling, one dentist cracked one of my teeth, etc.). Luxe dental is a high end place feel with great staff, hygienist, and dentists! I go to the Uptown location. I know when I have a problem they’ll fix it. My cleanings are the best I’ve had from the dentist and I enjoy going because of it. These folks all know what they are doing and do high quality work. Love that I can get a same day crown and they’d never think to use amalgam fillings like most other places which chip or can wear down over time. I have seen Dr. Lo mostly but the other dentist is great too. You’ll love this place!!!

Luxe Dental is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Nguyen and her team are welcoming and warm, and the rooms themselves are private and comfortable. No clinical vibe here. They even have HBOmax — I’ve watched many episodes of Friends there :) The facility is exceptionally clean and always smells like warm vanilla sugar(!). This location serves Uptown so it makes sense. The dental work itself is awesome. For my most recent procedures, they replaced some composite fillings with porcelain crowns, which were 3D-printed while I wait. High tech stuff, and the fit is impeccable. This was the first time I was offered this kind of option and I appreciate it as composites don’t last very long and I’m allergic to metal. They also just look better! The best part is that they are in-network (Dental Select). If you’re looking for dental work that is done with care, will last, and a soothing environment, Luxe checks all the boxes. Highly recommend.

*Update* Finally got my root canal done and the new dentist again confirmed that it was caused from my nerve being hit when my filling was placed. Luxe Dental caused me nerve damage and they did nothing to fix it. Just wow. And I have now spent thousands of $$$ for what should have been a simple filling. I went in last year for the first time and they said I needed two cavities filled, so I got one filled. A couple of months later I had a lot of pain on that side of my mouth, so I went back in and they shaved my tooth down thinking I had pain because I grind my teeth. Couple of weeks after that I have SEVERE pain on the whole left side of my face, ear, neck and swollen lymph nodes. So I went back in and all they did was shave my tooth down again and prescribe me painkillers. Pain finally went away but my gums were swollen. I was too scared to go back in because they obviously weren't solving the problem. Finally went to a new dentist this past week. They told me the filling was placed too close to the nerve, caused nerve damage, bone loss, and damage to my gums. So now I am possibly going to have to get a root canal and a crown placed because of a filling done improperly and not treated correctly afterward. DO NOT COME HERE. All they care about is taking your money and not taking care of you.

The professionalism, friendliness, integrity and quality of work from Dr. Nguyen and her team is outstanding! Luxe Dental uses the latest equipment and techniques. I’ve always been well informed and pleased with the recommendations provided without feeling any pressure. I’ve been a patient for 8.5 years and have had multiple crown replacements At Luxe Dental. The crowns are designed on-site the same day and have been the best ones I’ve ever had hands down! I definitely recommend Luxe Dental for all your dental needs.

Quick and friendly service!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went here when I first moved to Dallas and was subsequently told that I needed a crown, so I had it done. Months after the crown, I was still in extreme pain and was unable to chew on that side. During that time, they told me I needed a crown on the other side and would contact me often trying to push me to get the service done. At this point, I was having such pain, I couldn't imagine having that on the other side as I wouldn't be able to chew. I also never had any pain on the side they did the crown on in the first place. I went to Highland Park Dental for a second opinion and was told that I absolutely did not need a crown on the other side and it was highly likely that I didn't need the one they did in the first place as I have extremely healthy teeth. The crown they did resulted in an abscess tooth, which is the most extreme pain I've ever experienced, and then had to have a root canal that took 2 appointments due to the abscess. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, they'll take advantage of you. Drive the extra 10-15 minutes and go to Highland Park Dental where Dr. Aaron will be honest and take care of you.

I've seen Dr. Loh twice now. He is very considerate, has an excellent bedside manner, and keeps your comfort top of mine. I went to Dr. Loh for a crown, post root-canal, but have yet to get the crown since the healing in my mouth has been slow. I'm pleased to find a doctor who is patient and takes the right approach vs. just proceeding with the crown. Laura-Lee is the benefits coordinator and she also provides excellent customer service.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Staff was friendly and professional and they had me in and out in no time. Location is great and the environment was clean and felt very new and updated. Went in to have my wisdom teeth looked at and they advised me that they could pull them at that moment for low costs and I was out of there 45 minutes later with my wisdom teeth taken care of. Great experience

I haven't had any follow-up call after I got work done. I'm pretty sure if I was white they would have followed up by now. They had no problem taking my money. It's a joke like everything else in Texas.

I am in love with the staff, everyone is so nice & kind and literally one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. How many people can say they enjoyed coming to the dentist and is looking forward to upcoming appointments!! I will definitely be suggesting the office to friends and family
