Place is nice, clean. Comfortable. The Dr. and employee are nice. Also make you feel comfortable. And seem as though they knew their job.

The Best and most Professional Staff everrrrr! I was REALLY scared upon arrival, but they made me feel comfortable before, during and even after my appointment. Thanks for Everything and I will Definitely be back!!!!

Be careful if you have insurance, automatic upgrades occur from the reception area. Seems to be a disconnect between doctor and front staff. All I requested was a cleaning with full coverage PPO insurance and I'm told I need an estimate for services and if I decline that service a refusal cleaning would consist of just polishing my teeth. So unless you get a full mouth debrement, your only getting a Polish. Weird this comes from reception and not the doctor who just evaluated me. No problem me and my family will visit a dentist with transparent operating process. Good luck!

In all my life I have never been treated so bad. I was tears when I hot back to that room. The way the Dr. Looked at. I'm finally able to afford dental work and he was like disgusted with me or something. I'm sure it's a great place but this day myself esteem was taken from me and since then I just been looking for a dentist yet scared at the same time

Poor place... stuck very bad from sewerdamage though out the office, they tricked me on the phone to get me and my family into the office to get my insurance money, lied about free whitening... and paperwork process was horrible with a rude front desk and blamed the call center for not being trained properly. Me and my family will find our dental needs somewhere eles.

Wonderful experience at the Lancaster Mint Dentistry office. The receptionists , the Dr, and my hygienist ( Dominique ) were so incredibly nice and professional . I will definitely be back !

This morning dental service was fast and staff was curtious.. Hygienist was quick with my gag reflex. 🤣🤣 she got it done🙏🏾(high five)

Great dentist and staff love this office, i went in May to get a wisdom tooth extacted after going to another dentist and getting told I had to go to a specialist to have surgery done to remove it, i found mint denistry and got told i could get it extracted normally with no problem. i schedule an appoinment to get it extracted and they made me feel so calm and relaxed from the moment i walked in to my appoinment. the appoinment and extraction lasted no more than 20 minutes and i had my wisdom tooth removed so fast and quick with no pain what so ever with all the numbing medicine. i will definitley be back to get more work done. I recomended them 100%.....

Been coming here for years, usually early morning appointments. Had to schedule a late afternoon time because of my ability and my insurance wasn’t verified even though I entered everything online when I made the appointment so I had to wait. Then they tried to charge my insurance through the roof when all I wanted was my routine cleaning, and when I started asking questions was told well it’s 5pm. WHAT DO YOU MEAN, I WAS THE ONE WAITING ON YOU GUYS TO GET ME IN THE CHAIR!! Taking my business elsewhere, this was a complete waste of my day. Cool decorations but don’t get fooled my the free glasses, there’s better quality dentist practices out there.

I love this location because it’s very convenient. The entire staff is personable and friendly. I like that the greeting desk chic explained everything in detail to ensure you are understanding the procedures and payment options. I especially want to shout out Bianca for being thorough and OCD with cleaning my pearly whites lol She put the icing on the cake!

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years or 5… They had been blowing me up about my ck up that I missed. I told the lady I started a new job n couldn’t come right now unless she have a late appointment she stated she did so she booked me. Now keep in mine I said I STARTED A NEW JOB WHICH MEAN NEW BENEFITS CORRECT??!! SO …. My appointment day has arrived and I call again to confirm appointment. I come in n speak n the black lady at the desk guess she was new was like yes ma’am. I said I have an appointment she said ok your name give my name n she say we have u as a cash patient I say no I have insurance I told them when I book I had a new job n was ask was do I have ppo insurance stated yes. Ok so she go get the office manager a young Hispanic woman who says u got insurance now I stated yes I was without for a short time she say o we do t have your insurance info and it’s to late to verify I said huh how is that? Well fast forward she got it verified and told me I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY DUE TO INSURANCE I SAID OK SO IM THINKING IM ABOUT TO BE SEEN N SHE SAY I REBOOKED U I SAID NO MA’AM I will not be taking off again she said your cleaning won’t be done by 5:30 I said what time y’all close she said 5:30 I said my appointment was 4:30 n I’m here so get started she had the nerves to say I HAVE TO PICK MY KIDS UP I HAVE A FAMILY I SAID OK N I HAVE A JOB AS WELL SOOO. But I’ve called corporate I’ve called soooo call boss number she have sent emails and txt nothing back… Looking for another location to go too now there lost!!!!! 🤣🤣🤷🏽‍♀️

Doctors are great as well asl staff. My only complaint is I overpaid for my visit and the office refuses to stop installment payments that i have set up to come out of my debit card. I received my EOB frm insurance stating i should have paid way less than what i was quoted. When I called in regard to this i was told the billing person or persons have not posted the insurance payment to my account yet so they could not stop my installment pymt. I even offered to fax EOB to them as proof just to stop the payment that will be debited Called today and Ashley said she will have someone from billing call me and no one has yet returned my call. Quoted $400 but was only resp for $136. Update back again and was once again overcharged and they still want to collect more money from me instead of using credit! EOB provided

Today I had an appointment when I came in your desk front office girl Amanda was rude and had an attitude with me when asking her about my appointment it felt like it was an inconvenience to help me. I would like to formally complaint about the service I received. Not only that but my appointment was changed that day for me several times and the initial girl who added my appointment told me specifically she was scheduling one to remove my wisdom tooth but she scheduled a exam instead and when I came in the front desk girl told me that they couldn’t help me with that but instead of being nice about it she had an attitude. When I asked her name she told me Amanda I asked her last name she said I can’t tell you that! Instead of apologizing she hand over my paper upset.

Every experience at Lancaster Mint Dentistry has been a great one. Everyone is extremely nice including the dentist. It’s a relaxed and chill, clean environment. Plus, they educate you and always have little gifts to take home. There is usually no wait time before you get called back. Just an overall nice place to make your dental appointments with!
