If I could double the starts I would! It had been a long time since I have been to a dentist and I recently took a new healthy journey in life by quitting bad habits such as smoking cigarettes and drinking too much alcohol or sweet juices etc. so my teeth health was top of the list. After all X-rays and exams a deep clean was what I needed with numbing needed and I never had a procedure in my life so I was terrified of the anesthesia but Dr. Priscilla & Pamela effortlessly comforted and informed me step by step throughout the procedure that I was so at ease. I was very happy with the overall results and cant wait for my follow up to see my teeth getting healthier! OVERALL each staff member was soooo nice and professional. Starting with Blanca who greets you and is so informative with scheduling and procedure durations! Highly recommend anyone looking for dental work.

I’m not going to pretend to be some sort of expert in dentistry or customer service, but from what little I do know about both, these guys are hands down the best. I’ve never once had even the slightest hint of a problem with them, from small things like rescheduling an appointment to bigger ones like getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out in the span of 3 hours. These guys are the best in the area hands down, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I am so so glad I found TexSmiles! This place is amazing and I recommend it to everyone! I have sensitive teeth and didn’t take the best care of them for years. TexSmiles jumped right in with no judgement and helped me get on the right track. They handled difficult root canals without causing me any pain! I love how Dr. Liu walks you through every step of the process when she’s working on your teeth. Every person you encounter in the office is so patient and friendly! I also love the flexible later hours they offer! I’m always able to come after work instead of having to take off! I really can’t recommend TexSmiles enough!

I have had nothing but a great experience each time I have been to this office. Awhile back with the male Dr. he reassured me numerous times their medication would help! I have terrible anxiety and was super nervous with the removal of my wisdom teeth. He talked me through what would be happening, how the medication would work. How it should affect me, and basically just calmed me down enough to go through with the procedure. I'm glad I did because I don't even remember it! Jump to this past Thursday March 2nd 2023, I had a cleaning and filling done. This filling was done for a third time, but this was the first time they had worked on this filling. The other two time were a different office! I wish I would've come here for all of my fillings, obviously no filling is fun to get but their numbing numbed me fast, they worked efficiently. Dr Liu talked me through the whole procedure, reassured me there would be extra sensitively put into my filling to help me out. Personally texted me making sure I was ok that next day, and today Monday March 6 the office gave me a follow up call. I just really love that they are really concerned for their patients! Even the front desk ladies/x-ray ladies are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you TexSmiles

I have been coming here since 2020, and absolutely love the quality of service provided. Prior to my initial visit, I had only been to the dentist a few times in my life, and was extremely nervous to see a dentist to fix my many cavities. Throughout my visits the entire staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming. There isn’t an ounce of judgement. They worked with me to develop a game plan for treatment, and honestly it’s the easiest part of my healthcare regime. After less than 2 years, my cavities and wisdom teeth are gone, and I’ll gladly continue getting regular cleanings with this team.

This was my first time trying Texsmile and it definitely will not be my last!!! Priscilla was the one that took care of me and she made the process super comfortable and easy, she made sure I was okay the whole time! Their whole team/staff was the nicest group of people!! 10/10 😊

Dr. Liu and her staff are amazing!!! Everyone is so sweet and caring!!! Blanca was so knowledgeable with insurance and costs. I loved how Dr. Liu explained everything step by step and made sure I understood everything. They all absolutely take care of their patients. I highly recommend this dentist office!!!

Definitely recommend this office. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly and professional, especially Irene who prepped me for my consultation with Dr. Liu. I enjoyed talking with Dr. Liu regarding my Invisalign case; she is very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanations. Super excited to be starting treatment soon.
