It's hard to accept that Dr are people and some are not ethical. Dr. M was shockingly Ethical! Because of that I was left speechless. He could have just taken my money and he didn't. He gave me really dentistry by caring about me the patient and not the $. On top of all that his staff absolutely wonderful the office is spectacular and well thought out. Clean. Transparent. I really hope more people find him to get the help they richly deserve. I am already recommending him to others.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff is lovely and very accommodating for young families! My 2 year old daughter and myself had a cleaning and check for any issues and got a clean bill of health! From the moment you get checked in, teeth cleaned, and visit with doctor. You will see how well they all work together and how they truly enjoy their profession. I can't recommend this place enough! I was a little worried because of the negative reviews but they provide excellent care and their attention to detail is 110% quick wait times. An the facility is very clean and modernized. Dr. Mora and the whole staff are great!

Awful. Laughlin Families be warned. I was sent to Del Rio Dentistry to get fitted for a mouth guard (for grinding me teeth at night), because our dental clinic on base was unable to mold a guard for me at the time. The mouth guard given to me by Del Rio Dentistry caused me to shatter my tooth into pieces - I woke up at 2am with chards of my tooth throughout my mouth. When I reached out to Del Rio Dentistry for help the very next morning, after having seen the dentist on base (who confirmed the night guard had been fitted improperly), the staff took me in, collected pictures and told me I'd have to wait until Dr. Mora was available as he had been the dentist to ensure the night guard fit properly beforehand. It took OVER 5 WEEKS to hear back from Dr. Mora, meanwhile, half of my front tooth was missing. When he did contact me, after multiple attempts on my behalf to get some type of resolution, Dr. Mora callously stated on the phone to me, "I take absolutely NO responsibility in this matter." Thankfully, I have a lawyer who is advocating for me as a patient. Since I am active duty Air Force, I wasn't given an option to use this clinic, it was chosen for me by referral. Please don't make the same mistake I did and trust this clinic. My daughter and mother in law go to Cadena Dentistry on Bedell and absolutely love them!

I would highly recommend Del Rio Dentistry to anyone who is curious. Dr. Mora is very professional and friendly. His staff is top notch. I went in today for part 2 of my deep cleaning. Brenda did a great job and was very thorough in her explanation on the procedure. Her explanation on aftercare was very well understood. My children come here as well. Great care is given to them as well. No need to look anywhere else, Del Rio Dentistry will definitely take care of you.

Ok so Dr. Mora is a great dentist and has always given outstanding service. He provides awesome bedside manor and does whats best for the patient. My low star review comes from the office personnel. As a new patient they will find a way to get you in to be seen and help schedule you as soon as possible but as an establish patient it takes Forever. Pretty much an act of congress to be seen again. I even had and appointment months down the road and was patiently waiting. They called me later as my appointment was coming up and told me that my appointment was put off for 3 months later because they were not seeing patients on Fridays as my appointment was on a Friday. I believe they could of told me back when they had established that and possibly seen me sooner. So If your a new patient go ahead and scheduled yourself in but be ready for the wait if you're an established patient.

The best dentist in town!!! Everyone is soooo helpful and professional. Dr. Lark is truly an angel, the way she works with children is like a true fairy tale, she is absolutely amazing! After many bad experiences at our local dental offices, I was finally happy to come across Dr. Mora at Del Rio Dentistry. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would !! It began with the check in at front desk the staff is very friendly and courteous, never have to wait long they completely respect ur appointment time 🙌, ( I hate waiting when you have set an apt in advance ) the office is very clean and nicely decorated. I do my cleanings every 6 months they are pretty good about reminding you. I have also done minor procedures the doctor and staff communicated with me throughout the procedures and made me feel at ease!! I would totally recommend Dr. Mora at Del Rio Dentistry.

An old guy here, problems with teeth. Went in w/ bad toothache. He was ready, willing & anxious to extract tooth. Tried asking 'what do i do with hole where tooth was? what can i do with other teeth?' answer = go see specialist in San Antonio... kept my tooth this time.
