My parents have been patients of Dr. Grimspan's for over 14 years. My mom's last check up was in January 2021. A few weeks ago, she broke her tooth on an avocado stem. She went in the his office. He checked it and said that it was an easy fix. She went to another dentist for a second opinion because, among other reasons, they waited in the office for two hours before being seen even though they had an appointment. She has to have her bridge removed, a crown was loose and is infected underneath, therefore, that tooth needs to be pulled. She has two cavities that were so far gone that they too have to be pulled. Another tooth was so infected that it is abscessed. None of this just happened in the last 5 months. It will cost $5,000 to have all of these issues repaired with insurance. They have told me that things have changed in this office. What was once and great husband and wife team has turned into a very impersonal, and apparently inadequate practice, resulting in a case of gross negligence. They are running patients through like cows at a sale barn, I'm guessing for the insurance payout. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. What a shame that we can't trust our doctors to look out for our best interest and take care of us, especially when we put so much trust and faith in them.

Got there at 3 p.m (on time for my appointment), I was never greeted by any staff, just by the office lady talking to another customer about something unrelated. The customer sees me standing there and pushes the clipboard over to me and kept talking. I sign in and waited 40 minutes just to have a dental assistant check my insurance (first time greeted) and told me they don't accept it.
