I struggle with dental anxiety and from the moment I walked into the office the staff were welcoming and happy. I had every step of the way explained to me and I LOVE the dental hygienist Afton. So kind and made me feel relaxed. The dentist Dr Olsen was amazing. He took time to explain a few options to me with my dental treatment and educated me. I tried them out for the first time and was not happy at all. My biggest issue is that I scheduled my appointment to have a much needed cleaning which was a huge reason why I even set the appointment up. I understand just like most dental offices an exam and x-rays need to be done as well which were no problem but I get told after x-rays exam and going over my treatment plan that my cleaning needs to be scheduled on another visit. I was beyond frustrated that I was not told this when I scheduled so I could plan accordingly and ask for additional time off of work. I feel like I wasted two hours of my day and lefted work early just to not be able to get what I came in for done because of the staff’s lack of communication!
