The experience was state of the art, upscale. The waiting area was very contemporary and elegant, inviting. The receptionist are very beautiful, friendly, and professional. The best part I got to listen to 90s R&B through the whole procedure. My hygienist was drop dead a bombshell. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and very gentle. I'm going back every month.. lmao.. I’ve always had a great experience with Mint dentistry. The staff is always polite and has great customer service ,what I experience on Wednesday December the 14th when a customer had gotten loud with one of the staff and she was trying to explain to him the procedure, but he would not let her finish her sentence in order to explain to him. He kept cutting her off, and he was rude. He was talking very and just make a long story short, she had great composure. Awesome customer service, she was very professional!!!!! I just wanted to command Laura, the office manager in De Soto Tx, on Pleasant run. For Exceeding Great Customer Service.

This office is a breath of fresh air! My 1st time ever at Mint did not disappoint! (left Perla Dental after too many bad experiences). I booked an emergency appointment online last night for 9a this morning, by 8a, they had confirmed and sent me the paperwork to fill out. I showed up at 855a, they called me back at 905a... not bad! The same assistant, Sierra, who was a sweetheart, was with me from start to finish! Dr was very explanatory, the customer service by all staff I worked with is amazing, the perks around the office are to die for... The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their prices are a little higher than others.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this location made me feel at home. From my very first visit a week ago just doing X-rays to now surgery they made me feel comfortable. The staff is amazing and I recommend Bella. Bella seems like she actually enjoys her job and made it a smooth procedure. The main dentist is great too, not sure what her name was. Five stars for me!

Dr. Yomi and the entire staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t have to wait long after I arrived, the facility was clean and nicely decorated. I thought the complementary refreshments as well as the chapstick and disposable sunglasses were a plus. As promised in the commercials, I did leave with a whitening kit and trays. I really enjoyed my experience and plan on making this location my permanent dentist.
