Los doctores serán muy buenos pero les roban a las personas su dinero y al seguro ellos dicen que el seguro de Jbs no les cubre tanto gracias por hacernos saber y a buen entendedor pocas palabras basta bendiciones ✌️🙏

Horrible after Jacob Woods left. This woman frilled off my gums. Made them bleed. I could hear then ripping off! I told her that I had a crack in my tooth and it was sensitive. I was waved my hands in pain. Making loud noice as she drilled into the crack. It was horrible. She then just brushed my teeth and put vitamins on them. Told me to come back for a rot canal. I am no longer going back. Horrible and painful. Why would I want to get a rot canal by a woman who just drills into my teeth and gums. Plus I just had my son so I was very weak and already healing from CHILD BIRTH. mind you she knew this. HORRIBLE.

Now that Jakob woods is not there anymore i wouldn't recommend going there.She didn't even check our son's teeth she just brushed on the vitamins in thought he had an ear infection wanted to prescribe him with pain medication And asked me if he had autism in witch he doesn't whan i had already told her that it was his lymph nodes in that we had already been to a doctor.

the doctor was way too rough on my teeth yesterday. my teeth didn’t hurt before and now they do from how rough she cleaning my teeth 🙄

0 stars worst service you will regret it if you go there The employees receive you worse than a dog. They look angry and answer badly. I made an appointment for my baby for his Texas Health Chip but even though it is free, I would never enter that place again. 0 estrellas el peor servicio tu te vas a arrepentir si vas ahi Las empleadas te reciben peor que un perro. Estan con cara de enojo y contestan mal. Yo hize cita para mi bebé por su Chip De Texas Health pero aunque es gratis jamas volveria a entrar en ese lugar.

Great experience! The wait was very short, especially since I did my forms prior to coming in. The girls were all quite friendly and attentive. The doctor was super gentle and quick as well. Explained everything I had going on well and had me out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this office, you will be taken care of. :)

Horrible service, this company lie to me and my family on our evaluation. We went there for a cleaning and return with diagnosis of over 12 cavities. Went to other 2 dental clinic the diagnosis was 1, yes 1 cavity. I can’t imagine the bad professionals making hole in people mouths that in reality don’t need. Do not got to this place. Better providers in Dumas were the will have better treatment and amazing job. Visit was in January 2019.

First time patient and was really nervous and the ladies helped so much and gracie made it very easy to understand what was going to be done 😊 and how much everything was going to be and with me being very nervous I had 101 questions and she answered all of them with a Smile 😊

Randomly called me I dont even live in Dumas kind of seems unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Casa Dental. So I did not have to take several days off work, they were able to book appointments for myself and two daughters all at once. We were greeted politely by the staff and got our X-Rays and into see Dr. Norwood right away. He was very thorough in explaining to me everything that needed to be done with my daughters teeth, and the cleaning I received was very gentle and pain-free. Thank you to Dulce Olgiun for referring us to this awesome new dentist’s office that we will be coming to from now on!
